I found them in Angie's List. The person was prompt, punctual and did a good job. The person came to the house to give the estimate. He cleaned up after he finished the work.

Tam was professional and courteous. His work was nothing short of fabulous. I could not have been happier. He arrived on time and cleaned up pefectly(which for a person who is extremely picky, he exceeded my expectations).

Fairly well. This was a large job and they wanted to finish it in a day. My sense was they understaffed it and rushed at the end. When I called to complain that the job was unfinished they responded the next day and finish to my satisfaction.

Provided accurate estimate and assessment of old damaged grout. Showed up on-time. Performed all of the work promised on-time. Cleaned up. New grout looks absolutely perfect.

Grout Expert manager Hoang Nguyen showed up on time for estimate. Very friendly, efficient and provided a reasonable price estimate. He offered to do a full grout cleaning but I declined, needing only the critical work done at this time. I also used a $20 off coupon found on the website. When he was about to leave, he suggested Thursday. I asked for Wednesday instead so as not to interfere with the other contractors working Thursday. He agreed. On Wednesday, he was a no-show. When I spoke with his office, they apologized, indicating that according to the calendar, he was supposed to be there. She then called him, called me back and told me that he was supposed to be there Thursday. Sigh. So I asked if we could move it to Friday. She agreed. Then she called me back later to confirm... Thursday! I said, no, you just agreed to Friday! Not sure if she realized her error but she asked again for Thursday and I confirmed. The serviceman arrived at 8:30 a.m., quickly assessed the job, ripped out the old grout and silicone and explained his work before replacing it. He replaced the grout and sealing it. While the gap is wider visually than I would like, it filled the space quite well and is very professional looking.

They did a fantastic job. We called for an estimate and Ricky came out that very same day. They then completed the work the very next day. They were punctual, professional, and our tile looks fantastic. He really knows what he's doing.

It was wonderful. They were polite and clean. All dust and dirt was contained to the bathroom. I was very happy with their work. There was one small area that they missed and when we called them to come back, they did with no problem. I will definitely be calling them back to do some more work.

Ricky from The Grout Expert visited for an assessment and estimate. He was very honest and fair, informing me that one of the bathrooms didn't really need to be worked on except for a couple of touch-up spots. He also fixed a few things like the grout around the bathroom sinks, for free. I was very pleased with the overall job.

The contractor who remodeled our bathrooms and kitchen did a fine job with everything except the grout. We had problems with grout bubbling out or cracking in the bathroom, and cracking in the kitchen. The contractor is long gone and I didn't know where to turn until I saw The Grout Expert ad in the Angie's List magazine. I called and Ricky came out to give us an estimate. When we asked him to do the work he scheduled it for the next Saturday and the crew came right on time. They worked very hard, only broke for lunch while the grout dried, then sealed it and were done at 4:00 just like they said. Ricky also re-did the vanity top in the bathroom and the tile in the front door entry, that were not part of the original quote, and did not charge extra. He knew exactly what the original contractor had done wrong (used the wrong type of grout in the bathroom and didn't seal the grout in the kitchen) and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. We also had 4 bull nose tiles that cracked and we could not find replacements, but Ricky fixed them with matching grout so the cracks are not apparent at all unless you know they're there. Overall a good experience and I'd recommend The Grout experts to anyone.

Excellent workmanship. Made the blemish completely disappear and left marble in the tub in much improved condition. Quality of work was demonstrated by landlord's compliment on good condition of apartment at move out.

In all respects this project well. They noticed some marginal floor support in one area and injected epoxy under the tiles during the repair for support. This was to prevent flexing of the tile in that area which obviously will break down the grout. This was the only contractor of three to notice or discuss this point. The workers showed up when scheduled and competed work on time. Charged a very fair rate to fix a few tiles not part of the original quote, and were easy to work with. The worst portion was there were a number of tiles that were chipped as part of the removal process. This may or may not be normal as part of the stripping process, dragging the tool between the tiles to remove the old grout. I advise asking about this during a quote. A more minor point, some of the grout was not as uniform as it could have been. The kitchen and more highly visible areas were done better. They also did some caulking in a few places and that was fine.

Hoang explained the poor design of the tile layout (bullnose in wrong places that lead to water entry over time) but assured us the job would last quite awhile, just keep an eye for that loosening again. He guaranteed the whole job for a year. When they realized partway into job that they needed to chip out 2-3 sf of tile, clean them to reuse them, and reset them, the job turned from $1350 estimate for 2 guys and 1 day to an extra guy for a day and only $150 dollars more. Considering that when we bought this house the termite inspection estimated $8K to fix the bathroom, I'd say this job and a bit extra on some plumbing have made this bathroom good as new for 1/3 that price. Thanks Hoang! While Hoang was up there on first day to check up on the progress, he cleaned some of our kitchen tiles, showed us how to clean the rest, and left us enough to finish it ourselves, again, I had no idea how dingy they were until he cleaned them!

It went really well. A few days later we noticed some of the caulk he put around our shower door was gooey and was letting water through. I called back and the next day someone came out and fixed it (no problems now). I will definitely use these guys again!

Very well. Looks better than it did originally (which was uneven in color).

I called to ask for an estimate - they called back the next day and came out to the house the day after that. We were able to schedule the actual work for 3 days after the estimate. The worker arrived exactly on time. The number of hours required to do the repairs was about 8 hours - so the $750 cost seemed reasonable. They did an EXCELLENT job - the bathroom was cleaner than it was when they started. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with were polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

It went superbly! Hoang came out the day before to submit an estimate and then the next day Antonio and Tam arrived promptly and worked very hard from 9:30 to approximately 4:30. They worked non-stop! I had to beg them to take a break!

I needed to fill in spaces where my existing tile joined my new range and over-the-range microwave, and I also decided the tile and grout needed to be cleaned and sealed. Ricky (manager/estimator) responded promptly and suggested a lighter-color grout which could be applied as a colored seal without removing the old grout. Within a week, Vu came and completed the work, which required about 7 labor-intensive hours of work by hand, deep cleaning the grout lines and tiles. He repaired any damaged grout and filled in spaces with caulk where needed, applying the lighter seal throughout. I was very pleased with the finished product.

The Manager, Hoang provided an estimate and was really accommodating to my schedule. The workers were very clean and professional. I am very satisfied with the results and will use the company again.

They are fabulous and they even gave me references. I have an older bathroom and they made it look brand new. They cleaned up very well and did an immaculate, perfect job. They were also very conscientious. They could not have worked any harder than they did it and they got the job done quickly.

IT LOOKED FANTASTIC AT FIRST, BUT LATER WHEN WET THE OLD STAINS SHOW THROUGH. I CALLED THEM TO COME BACK OUT, BUT THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME OUT, BUT HAVEN'T CALLED BACK.
