The work was completed on-budget and on-time. The process was well-explained, and I was overall very satisfied with the job. There was one minor glitch (the WiFi unit on the generator was not plugged in at job completion). He indicated that he would come back and take care of it, but I fixed it myself because it was simple to do. Overall, I was/am very satisfied

They were very fast to respond to the posting and got out within a couple of hours to fix the problem.

Ken at Fortified Energy Systems is not to be trusted. Charged us $290 to come out to look at our generator. He did not guarantee he could fix it but gave us options that he could try and order but then left the country and we lost contact with him for over a month. When we reached out to Ken to see if he was going to come out to do the repair he said he was busy with other projects. We opted to not move forward with his service. We are now out $200 for a new battery and the $290 that he charged us just to LOOK AT our generator.

Friendly professional

I recommend not using this guy. He came on strong at first. He had a lot of energy, but he completely misdiagnosed our electrical short. We gave him thousands to replace all of the sockets and rebuild the circuit box. Eventually, Edison fixed a short outside of our home, and that fixed it. Since then, he refuses to finish the work on the circuit box. I?ve called him multiple times over the last several months. He?s even promised to come out twice, but he never shows up. At this point, it?s going to be a lawsuit.
