Description of Work: Inspector showed up when he said he would and took a look. Told me that I just needed one area beneath a bathtub sprayed. I set up an appointment to have the work done with the office. They came, did the work quickly and cleanly. A week later I got a bill. Nice people, at no point did they try to upsell me into a full tent production. Would use again.

Description of Work: Uber-friendly Richard arrived at our house on time and was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. We decided to go with Yamaguchi Termite Service because reputation, price and professionalism. Olley and Jay arrived at precisely the scheduled time for the treatment of drywood and subterranean termites, which took them about 4 or 5 hours, cleaned up after themselves and notified us of a possible plumbing leak under the house as well as the general condition of the underside. I will be using the Yamaguchi company whenever the need arises. Thanks guys! RJ
