TV Wall Mounters

I called and spoke with Calvin and luckily they came out the same day. Unfortunately, they weren't able to re-mount our tv until we acquired a different mount and made a few "adjustments", so they came back the next day, which we were SO grateful for because, in our house, tv is pretty important! He even gave us a break on the "return fee". They were always here when they said they would, were respectful of my home, and were even nice to my dog. Both were professional but also relatable and when they left, it felt like friends were waving goodbye. I would def hire again and will refer them any chance I get.

Within a few moments of defining my interests for a TV mounter/dismounter on HomeAdvisors, I received a call from TV Wall Mounters. Jobs vary in completion times so I also appreciate the fact that I was kept informed about this as pertained to my job. I value that they made every effort to keep me as a customer informed, updated and confirmed every step of the way about my/our agreed upon appointment times and arrival times. TV Wall Mounting took down my 82â screen tv doing a conscientious job of preparing it for my movers to wrap it. They made sure all the wires and stuff that went with the tv and speakers were placed in a plastic box and plastic bag next to my tv. I felt so pleased about the care they took for the dismount that I ordered through them a special device that allows my tv to extend further into my living area, tilt up, tilt down and swing from side to side. I very much like the end result so I am glad I ordered this device and, I am completely satisfied with the job they did installing it as well as how they hung my tv in my new home. I was especially pleased with the fact that they cleaned up after themselves and did so with excellence! I would recommend this service and especially encourage you to ask for Devon who is one of the owners. He honors his word and he is a very kind person to work with.

These men were amazing. 1. Amazing and consistent communication 2. Professional and Punctual 3.Extremely knowledgeable but at the end of the day my say was the only thing that mattered (for the picky people) 4. Gave me all the information and pricing up front, No hidden cost or anything I knew every single thing before I hung up the phone. 5. They returned call promptly. Scheduled service the same day even though they are out of LA they drove to South OC at 5pm. Good at problem solving and didnâ  t stop until the job was done.

Great guys to work with from the start. We negotiated a price and they came out the following day on a Sunday and mounted two large TV's to the wall. They were efficient and performed a great job. I'm very happy to show off their work and friendly. I'm going to use them again after some home renovation.

Communication was horrible. Received at least 3 emails during the day, bumping the time to three hours later. Finally received a text message at 2. My husband called and they said that they had tried to reach me all day - there was nothing on my phone that was missed - they did not call. Wanted to move it to a different day, after waiting home all day. My husband told them that he would help the tech lift the TV. The new time was 7:00 p.m. (original was 1:00 p.m.). Tech arrived and although specifically asked how high to mount the TV, he mounted it at least a foot higher than asked. At this point it was 9:30 p.m. and we just gave up. It was not a complete mess, but not stellar in communication and following directions.

I was excited to have my new 85 inch TV hung on the wall and to have another 65 inch TV installed in my bedroom. After completing the Angi survey I was immediately had calls with Calvin and Devin from TV Wall Mounters. They gave me a discount to install the two TV's and came over to the house the next day in the morning on time. They provided options regarding where to place the TV's and did great work within two hours. They were very friendly and actually fun to work with. I will be hiring them again soon to install another TV in an additional room that I am presently updating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Pleased with service

The worker's were very helpful and professional. They showed me how to work my devices and especially was on time for the job. Highly would recommend this company for sure. The price are great as well. I wasn't disappointed at all. Will hire again soon.
