Description of Work: Sprayed the outside of the house for bugs. This service was monthly and the provider came and sprayed without bothering us. We were billed following the service. The service was very effective witnessed by the dead roaches.

Description of Work: Impressed by their responsiveness. They were out the next day, surveying the job. We had an issue with critters in our attic. Cam home next day and they had been back and installed screens in the likely entry/egress points and set-up traps in attic. So far they have trapped two small rats. Unfortunately, at night still hear movement in attic. Technician reset traps on last visit. Hopefully, we will get them all. Will be back this Friday. Definitely would recommend them to our friends and neighbors, especially with rodents. When technician surveyed house, he saw other things the previous exterminator seem to miss and corrected them also. We will make an even higher recommendation if the noises in the attic cease, once and for all.

Description of Work: I had another ser4vice that my building contracts with and they did not get rid of the rats. I saw a Stanly truck outside and asked the man to come in. He told me what we were doing wrong and the rats were immediatly caught. I use him all the time now for water bugs.

The service person comes as his schedule permits, which is why I checked "N/A" for the Punctuality Rating. Occasionally I've been home when the service person arrives and I've observed his work. He walks around the entire house and sprays pest repellent as necessary. Description of Work: I first contacted them when my previous pest control company was unresponsive to a problem. I've been loyal to Stanley Pest Control ever since and that's probably been at least 10 years now. Their monthly service is affordable and their technicians are great people.

Description of Work: I have had the service for over 1year, and it truly has reduced the bugs and spiders around the house and also inside. The service is every 3 mon. and outside the house only. This includes the lawn and yard area.
