Description of Work: It was explained to them that I have a rat that does not go for baits or traps and that I have used and purchased all kind of traps and have failed to catch it. They charged me $150 and set up 5-6 snap traps that cost $4 each and never showed up again to check or change strategy. Waste of money. I strongly advise against not using this company.

Description of Work: I had them come out and set traps for rats and mice, then I had them come out and plug all the holes around the property where the rodents were getting in. They did a good job, although they missed one large hole at the front of the house. The part of their service which made me give them a B rather than an A was that the office staff is disorganized. They failed to tell the tech that I had cancelled one appointment and failed to tell me about a time change for another appointment. They seem rather vague sometimes, but the service provided by the techs was generally good.

Description of Work: He sent another company out to perform the service. I had to leave the house for 3 house while it was being sprayed so I said goodbye and left. I forgot something I needed so I came back after 5 minutes to cover my mouth and grab my keys off the sofa and the exterminator was gone. IT DIDNT EVEN SMELL LIKE BUG SPRAY! The cockroaches were crawling around the next day so I thought maybe it takes awhile to kill them. I called back. They never came or graced me with a phone call out of courtesy...THEY ARE A GYP JOINT...BEWARE!

We have called this member to discuss her complaints and have yet to receive a call from her. The price she stated $235.00 was incorrect, we charged her $165.00. The complaints from this member were as follows: “He sent out another company”: We had someone from our company sales team inspect the property and then our company licensed technician did the work. "The service took 5 minutes": Our technician states he was there for at least 30 minutes. “It didn’t even smell like bug spray!” Our technicians use non-repellant, odorless pesticides during treatment. “The cockroaches were crawling around the next day”: The type of roaches that were being treated are American Roaches, it takes a few days before their numbers are reduced to a controlled level. “I called back. They never came of graced me with a phone call out of courtesy”: We returned the phone call and set an appointment with her for a retreatment according to our 30 day guarantee and after she returned from vacation. We arrived at the agreed upon date and time and she did not answer the door. We have tried to call her to reschedule but she has not returned our calls. We are happy to do a retreatment and accommodate this member if they would call us back to reschedule.
