It went really well. The price was good and the contractor and the site foreman were very easy to work with and very responsive. I would not say everything was perfect. The framers made some mistakes, but what really impressed me was that the contractor acknowledged the mistakes and rectified everything in a timely manner. The contractor responded quickly to all questions and needs.

The contractor was prompt, friendly, and informative. He answered all my questions and explained the whole process of the room expansion.

Tom Shenon has a skilled eye for detail, and is very creative at efficient use of space and resources. He is also a pleasure to work with. In 2009, he helped us turn a small galley kitchen in an open space that is fun to cook and entertain in. Amazingly, he did it without altering the footprint. Later, in 2013, he helped oversee the complete remodel of our home. Tom made both projects enjoyable. The projects both came in on time, and on budget, and we are still enjoying the results today!

I am so impressed by not only my finished kitchen, but even more by the process of renovation. The Shenon Construction team worked strategically, planned out; their work was unbelievably clean.

We are so pleased with the professionalism of Shenon Construction. Tom took the time to get to know us so he could offer great suggestions that truly suited our style and budget. We never felt he was trying to upsell us, but instead that he really wanted us to love our new bathroom and truly cared about all the details. The quality is great, the price was fair. and now we feel like we never need to go to a spa since our new bathrooom provides all the luxury we need! We will definitely use Shenon Construction for any future remodeling.

Fixed problems his team created, and more importantly, fixed problem we created. We hired architect who turned out to be horrible -- messed up design and put structural engineer on project who was unresponsive. Even though Shenon construction had nothing to do with our mistake, Tom and team worked with us to get us the outcome we wanted. They really rescued us from what could have been a disaster. Outside of that situation, team was responsive, fair on price, and made sure we were satisfied with the work. My house is beautiful, very much in part to Shenon Construction's hard work.

Tom was very helpful in giving me a detailed breakdown of a master bathroom remodel in my condo. He gave me honest advice, and really helped give me perspective on how to go about my future renovation projects.

My experience was wonderful. I got a great deal on a new condo but it needed updating badly. Rotem and his team took care of us from start to finish. It took about a week longer than I would have liked, but not because of the workers. It just needed a bit more work once we opened up the walls. Rotem was extremely helpful making sure I got what I wanted, but also, on a couple of occasions, showing me that what I thought I wanted was either not going to work the way I imagined, or was far out of my budget.

I heard about Shenon Construction from a friend who used them last year. Now that my project is done, I get why she recommended them so highly. From 1st day on, the project was timely and went smoothly. Tom did everything to stay in my budget. I?m thankful to the whole team from Shenon Construction for my beautiful, new kitchen.

We had an extremely good experience last summer with Shenon Construction. We wanted to expand the number of rooms and wanted to make the large patio in our backyard finally usable and enjoyable by enclosing it into a room, and use the roof as our upstairs balcony. Shenon Construction was recommended to us by our neighbor and they were the first contractors we called. Tom gave us an unbeatable quote and incredible design. We hired him right away and the project was started immediately. The planning and details were meticulous. Tom had a large crew and began, in a very organized way turning the patio into a new room. Even during the hot summer, Tom worked really diligently. The finished room addition looked amazing. The exterior matched the rest of the house perfectly. The balcony is incredible and connected to the master bedroom upstairs. We are extremely pleased with the smooth experience and a beautiful outcome.

The work took longer than originally planned. But, we did have some last minute changes. It was pricey, it too some time, but it was worth while!!! Now we have: Jacuzzi bathtub with some awesome custom lights around the bathtub area, beautiful new cabinetry with granite counter top, extra storage, a shower tub, and tiles... oh the gorgeous tiles... what they did with the tiles is simply art!

Everything went according to plan. Tom was extremely communicative every step along the way. He inspired my trust in the beginning and earned it in the end. I was continually impressed with his professionalism and that of his team. Everything was on time and within budget. We were amazed.

I first need to say the project was on time. Tom and his team made it very easy. He was timely and kept me updated on all the progress as we moved through this project. The project was smooth. I would recommend him to all my friends. If you want a contractor that listens and give suggestions on his experience, Shenon Construction it the right choice.

Extremely well. I can't even start saying how happy I am with Tom. From the very first meeting to the last detail that was done at the house, Tom and his team worked extremely hard to bring our project in on schedule and never asked for a time extension. He was professional, let us know status as the work progressed, and stayed within budget. This was probably the easiest process that we have experienced yet in working with a construction contractor.

Tom Shenon and his team were amazing. Their work was beautiful, and also timely and professional. There were a couple of setbacks along the way, which we expected with our old house, but Tom was immediately responsive and made the entire experience pretty stress free.We hired Shenon Construction to remodel our kitchen and bathroom, which included taking everything down to the studs and rebuilding from scratch. As the job progressed we added more things on to the list, such as re-plumbing the rest of the house, a tank-less water heater, removing old floor and broken floor furnace not in use any longer.

As a professional reality photographer, I come across many homes that have just had a remodel or even have just been built from the ground up, completely new, and the craftsmanship is just plain BAD. In every instance I've covered Shenon Construction projects, I'm constantly amazed by the quality, attention to detail and the absolute satisfaction of their customers. Yes, they are thrilled to be living in updated or NEW homes, but furthermore they're confident they've chosen the right team to get the job done. So much so, when their family starts to grow or an add on is desired for entertaining, they call Shenon Construction back to design, build and upkeep the space. Can't go wrong with these guys! :)

I recently used Shenon Construction for my first flip, remodeling the kitchen, bathroom and living room. I wanted to keep it as low cost as possible and but still maintain the quality. I couldn’t believe the amount of options Tom gave me on high quality work that fit my budget. They were there every day and on time. The project was completed in 5 weeks and the house looked brand new. After they were finished they made sure that everything was cleaned up. My first experience with Shenon Construction was great, and will be using them for my future projects.

This is my second project and second review for Tom at Shenon Construction. A year ago, I did a flip with them and was highly satisfied. Then a few moths ago, I decided to hire them for my own property, to do a large deck in my back yard. Decks are a lot more complicated than I envisioned, but the team made it feel effortless. Tom was there along the way, helping me with the design, choosing the wood, and of course managing the crew. No complains, and no regrets. Will hire next time again! I have done projects in the past, and it was always more complex than what I had initially anticipated. The difference that I felt with Shenon Construction is enormous though. Tom was transparent; he kept me informed with every step of the way. He communicated the challenges they come across, so nothing was ever a surprise. He was a great listener, and truly did everything in his power to alleviate any concerns I had. He is a problem solver; and can handled anything that crossed his road. I had no doubt that at completion of our project I would be satisfied, because he would not have it any other way. Construction is messy and unpredictable. I discovered horrible things about the house I purchased, therefore it took a little longer than expected and become a little more expensive. Now that the dust, and challenges are forgotten, I look back at the project with fond memories, and love my remodel beyond words.
