Description of Work: Lorna and her installed Tim were fantastic and so solution oriented. They explained the possible options, were very knowledgeable, and patient. Great installation and follow up. Love the product. I was not sure if I needed it and so recommend Shelf Genie

Description of Work: Contacted me for an appointment. Owner came to house to look at kitchen. We agreed on which cabinets and set appointment for installer to take measurements. Installer arrived several days later, and took measurements and informed me when shelving would be ready. Within a few days, called to make an appointment. They arrived on time and installed. Did a great job, were on time and very professional. They only caveat I have is that this time of roll out shelving was more expensive then I expected. However, it works great and my wife loves the convenience and organizational opportunities with this type of shelving.

Description of Work: Shelf Genie transformed my beautiful, but not particularly practical kitchen, into a perfectly organized one. I had exceptionally well made perfectly fitting pull out shelves installed in my pantry and all lower kitchen cabinet. I was able to use the Angie's List big deal discount on my much larger order. The designer was very helpful and came to help me put everything away in a well organized way. The installer was very professional, skilled, helpful, courteous, etc. An excellent experience.

Description of Work: Minimum of 5 shelves required totaling at least $1250 to use the $199 special offered. In the small print only. Should be indicated in large print with the offer. It was a bit deceptive by Angie's list, I think. I felt a bit intimidated by the owner's having made a personal appointment and explaining the small print then. But, she was very nice and I went ahead and decided to splurge.
