Secure LA Lock & Safe

*****PLEASE READ****** Today, Saturday, 6/8/2013 -4:07pm I call Secure Lock "Help I'm locked out!" (the actual lockout happened last night) -5:18pm I'm kicking back watching a movie I don't think I've ever had such fast courteous service in my life. I was in long beach when I called. The locksmith actually beat me to my house! I'm very satisfied ! Thank you :))

Secure LA Lock & Safe was great! I called up the night before and they sent someone first thing the next morning to change 10 locks in my house. The man who came was about 15 min. later than the time frame they said he would arrive but when I called to make sure he was on his way the women I spoke to was able to tell me exactly how far away he was because they have GPS that tracks them. I thought that was great. He arrived and got straight to work and was finished within an hour and half. I would definitely use Secure LA Lock & Safe again!

I called them to fix a broken lock on my guest house when I was out of town. They showed up promptly and did not overcharge. Did a great job.

Nick the the locksmith arrived promptly and was professional and courteous. My tenant did not speak English well, and we had a conflict regarding the bill charge. Nick called me and was so helpful in resolving the issue right away even though it was not required of him to do so. He was there to unlock a door and he did above and beyond his scope of work. Thank you so much to Nick for helping to workout an awkward situation! I will definitely call on Nick for help with any lock issues in the future!

Locksmith came on time. He was very knowledgeable concerning which deadbolts to use and which deadbolts are unpickable. He explained everything well.

The company was punctual (actually a few minutes early) and performed the lock change in an efficient, professional manner. We would definitely use them again. The prices were fair and the service great.

I called three locksmiths in my area because I wanted them to come today and these guys were available and in my house in less than an hour. They are very responsive and punctual. The only thing that threw me off a bit is that the lady I talked to on the phone told me it was $60 to rekey a door, but then I was charged $65. $5 is not a big deal but I think it's sort of shady to be quoted a different price once the job is done. Not sure if it was miscommunication but that part didn't feel great. The lock works fine and they did a great job overall.

I accidentally left my keys inside my car, I didn't have spare keys. I tried to open it myself but I couldn't. I was late for work so I decided to call around for a locksmith. I called a few, but these guys said they could be there right away. After 30 minutes they were at my house. It took them less than 5 minutes to open my car. Very nice, super fast, and good price. They will be the first one I call next time and I will recommend them to others.

I called Secure Lock when my front door was locked and jammed shut, and I was unable to open it. I was quickly greeted quickly, warmly and pleasantly. She listened to my problem carefully, was so helpful, well informed and said someone could come out immediately. She said they would be here in 45 minutes. I was amazed since it was late in the afternoon, the freeways jammed, and I live out by the beach, but Ernesto was right on time. He quickly assessed the situation, unjammed the door, installed another door handle, and rekeyed the deadbolt. He also opened another jammed door, rekeyed its deadbolt to match the front door. He looked for a way to do it quickly and inexpensively. Besides fixing the locks, he also adjusted and worked on the doors, sanded and rasped them so they could both swing free which took a lot of time and effort since the doors were old and uneven. He spent a lot of time working to make them both accessible. He did an excellent job, was very honest, worked quickly and diligently, was very professional and on time, and tried to find the best most inexpensive way to help me out. I would definitely call them again.

Nick came out and replaced internal latch of a keypad lock on a gate. He also sanded down and hammered out the part where the gate was hitting the metal frame. Took care of 2 of my problems. Not familiar with the costs of these things so only downside was paying $215 for a lock repair but maybe that's the going price and I got a great deal. Either way, I would use again and recommend because of prompt response (arrival within hour of calling), proactive suggestions and work, professionalism, and pleasant interaction with service provider.

We called locksmith. They picked up the phone and scheduled appointment. They showed up at the time they said they would. They did a great job and I am very pleased with their service.

bathroom door lock was stuck and I could not access the bath. Called Secure L.A. Lock and Safe for help and they said they could be out in and hour and a half. Ernesto arrived on time, sized up the job and went to work. This was a very old door set. I was concerned that the door would be destroyed in the process, but Ernesto drilled out the lock, doing only minimal damage to the paint on the door. I was thrilled. He replaced the lock set with another vintage lock I had on hand and all is well. Thank you Ernesto for your very prompt, expert service.

Nick answered straight away, gave me a firm quote for the work over the phone, turned up when he said he would, and finished the job in a very professional manner. Couldn't recommend him enough.

We were searching for a locksmith who would open a very old, large safe and haul it away. Nick promptly returned my call. After we sent a few pictures of the safe, he gave us an estimate by phone and scheduled a time for the service. Nick arrived on time and got to work. The task of drilling the safe was challenging and probably took Nick longer than he expected, but he was diligent and got it done. Nick was professional, personable and efficient.

Nick showed up on time, got right to work, had a great personal manner and sense of humor. Everything went smoothly. He was professional and personable. I can't imagine using anyone else in the future.

The price was good considering other quotes. There was a question re: the coupon but Nick clarified that it was 22% off the service call and not overall service. The locksmith, Ernesto, arrived between the requested hours and went straight to work. His efficient work, time explaining things and cleaning up afterwards were appreciated.

We had a problem with the latch on our front door and almost couldn't get in our house last night. We called Nick first thing in the morning. We explained the problem and also mentioned that we did not seem to have keys for the locks on the back door. (We just moved in last month.) Nick asked for pictures of the latch and the front door handle, so I texted them to him. He knew what the problem was immediately and made some suggestions about that and also about the back door. He said he was on his way into the office (yes, i really did call him early!) and that he would call me back in half an hour to tell me when to expect a technician. He did just that and said that Ernesto would be at our house in about 45 minutes to fix the doors. Ernesto arrived in about 35 minutes and set to work immediately. He replaced the latch, aligned the door properly, and replaced the locks on the back door so that all work with one key from the outside and no keys are needed from the inside. Ernesto's work was excellent and his manner professional. I found both Ernesto and Nick to be very responsive and helpful, addressing the probems we were having in the most cost effective manner. There was no hype and no pressure--just knowledge, experience and quality work. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

Ernesto arrived at the specified time. He explained that the problem was the latches and replaced the latches to the entrance gate and side door of my home without any problem. Ernesto was courteous and friendly during my interaction with him. He was also very helpful and was able to open my door king intercom system so that I could retrieve a code which I had not been able to do. This was something he did not have to do. I intend on calling Secure LA Lock & Safe if I need any locksmith work in the future.
