L A Prestige Window Cleaning

We paid for 20 windows to be washed only to find out each window counted as two because there are two panes. This was a little misleading and bumped the price up another $50. Also, the winders were not dried so there were water marks left. Just not a thorough job but it was also inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

Had to pay extra since they originally did not service the area and paid extra to scrape paint off windows, still some paint marks were left.

Satisfactory work in general. Business practices are what I question. Showed up 3 hours before appointment, claimed he tried to call but there were no messages on voicemail. Witnessed careless treatment of affected plants, and made no effort to clean up remnants of leaves/dirt washed through downspouts. I don't like cleaning up after workers.

They cleaned all the windows around the outside of my house in under two hours. The windows looked very good after the work was completed.

Very professional, Did a great job. I have 2 indoor cats and was very good about closing doors and windows so that they didn't go out. I would hire them again.

Even though the fine print on the Angie's List Offer said single story only, they agreed to do our house which was a two story for the same price. One minor input (not really a complaint) was the person showed up 1 hour earlier than our scheduled time without giving me a heads up. I was not home at the time, but my wife was and she was a little upset about that. The guy they sent did a good job however he wasn't able to complete the effort due to the location where our powerlines comes into our house directly above where the water exits the gutters. Unfortunately for us this was where the gutter needed the most cleaning but I went up on the roof with him and he pointed out the safety hazard that was present and I agreed it isn't worth the risk.

Great. Josh has been here before. I was so pleased with his work I requested him again. Very thorough job.

Leon was such a pro. Very fast cleaning all the windows inside and outside of our Victorian house. Very pleased with his system & getting around our window awnings.

I was able to get a date set on the date I requested. I was informed when he was on his way and when he would arrive. He arrived promptly and quickly set up his equipment. I didn't realize the new way of washing windows. He was able to wash all my second floor windows from the ground, after he removed all the screens of course. The water included a special formula that when applied (with a brush) would not require any special drying. It dried completely without any streaks or watermarks. I was very pleased with the way the windows came out so clean and clear. It also included all screens to be washed as well. I found that I needed some of my screens replaced as one of them broke which was not his fault because they were old. I only had the 20 windows washed and did the remaining windows myself because the $99 only covered 20 windows. I could have paid $10 more per window but the windows remaining were small and I could do them myself. The work was completed quickly in about an hour which included setting up his equipment. It all went very well and will use again in the future.

They did get the leaves out of the gutter. Wasn't great in some areas, but it was all right. There were a lot of leaves on the roof though that they left. When I pushed those leaves off, I ended up cleaning the gutters again anyway. They were done in like 15 minutes, too. It seemed like I was paying a lot for such a small amount of work.

The window cleaner worked fast, completing the job in about one hour. He worked alone and brought all necessary, professional equipment with him. He even made recommendations concerning a few windows where our sprinkler system has been causing some water damage. I gave this service straight A's except for punctuality because he was 10-15 minutes late for our appointment. It wasn't a big deal to me-- particularly because the work was being done on a Saturday-- but a more fastidious Angie's List member might find that slight tardiness inconvenient. Next time I need my windows cleaned, I will call LA Prestige. They were great. OK - they used a squeege for 2nd floor windows (no wiping) and quoted an astronomical price for the remainder f the windows we wanted done. So we used them for the coupon value, but will use another company for the remainder.

It went very well as we both had scheduling issues that were easily overcome. The only issue was that there was one screen that was neglected to be reinstalled. I did that myself in about one minute.

It went very well. Austin was about 15 minutes early and did an excellent job.

Satisfactory service except did not replace security sticks in windows and did not re lock one window. To replace security sticks and lock window I needed to get on a ladder which was inconvenient.

Great. Windows looked great, and all the gunk from the screens were cleaned too! I made the mistake of cleaning the bottom windows prior to the service. DOH! The big windows counted as 2 so I paid extra since I have tons of windows. Worth the $99+.

It went great!! I bought the $99 special from Angie's List. Mark showed up on time and we first walked around the house figuring out how many windows we had (I had more than the 20 which was part of the deal). Then he went to work, doing the outside and screens first, then the inside, What a difference. I will surely use them again.

I needed windows cleaned to prepare the house for sale. I found LA Prestige through Angie's List. Spoke with Alice who explained their pricing simply for me. Scheduled the cleaning. They did a wonderful job; were timely and professional. I plan to use their service again

They were on time, did the job, showed me (2) buckets full of dirt and left.

Smoothly. Scheduled quickly. Arrived on the date and time we set. completed the job efficiently. Professional manner. Removed screens.

It went great! They cleaned all the windows and screens in under 2 hours and it has made the house so much brighter! The crew was very friendly and respectful. I would definitely hire them again.

It was perfect. I would recommend them again, and I would hire them again. I would give them five stars down the line. The gentlemen did a great job. He cleaned up after. It was great. On time, courteous, the whole nine yards. Really good service. We thought it wold go over what we paid, but he said no, it was covered under the deal. Excellent. Very good deal. We expected to pay much more, otherwise. They, once the deal was purchased, they called immediately to set up the appointment. He thought he was running late, and he called to let us know, and he showed up five minutes early. There was just one person. About two hours. The deal, I mean all the work was done really well. We would have expected to pay more. The promptness, and getting back to us, because of the rain, we had to reschedule a few times. They are good with their interactions and their promptness.
