Beautiful job. Cleaned all windows inside and out and also all tracks.

He was very efficient, accommodating and polite. The windows are still shining. I would recommend them to anyone.

Austin performed the work. He told me, he was the owner of the business. He showed up on time. He was courtesy and professional. He cleaned window tracks, screens and glass. He did the job, it was obvious the windows were cleaner then when he arrived. I wouldn't say my screens and tracks were crisp and shines in the glare of the sun, but they were cleaned. I was more concern he did not bend or break screens. I informed him that a previous window cleaning company had bent a screen or two and did not bother to admit it.

I was really impressed with their work. They did 10 windows and received a discount on the other 10.

Cleaning went well but furniture and objects that were removed in order to obtain access to the windows were not put back.

Just ok. The result was ok, but process could use improvement. They sent only 1 man, who took more than all-day. A friendly fellow, he liked to talk, but his time management needs to improve: started at 10:30a, around 12 he took lunch and I asked him to project a finish time, he said "around 4" but still had maybe 2 hrs. to go when I left at 5. I told him earlier when I would need to leave, and at 5:00 started to lock up and THEN he asked me to refill his water bottle, and at 5:05 then asked me to write a check! Also he talked on the phone while working during most of the afternoon. I would use the company again, but with clearer procedures.

Couldn't ask for better service. Worker showed up on time and did a great job on our windows, including the second-story ones. Will use them again next year and would recommend them highly to anyone. Thank you again for a job well done.

That was fabulous, that was absolutely fabulous. It was great. The guy was on time, he did a superb job. It was probably one of my most satisfying times of having somebody do the job. He was pleasant. The charge was the same and I wasn?t sure just given my house and whatever, I wasn?t sure if it was going to end up being more than the $99, but it wasn?t. He just did an excellent job, I was very, very thrilled after that. In fact, I?m probably going to be calling him again. It was their $99 dollar special and it didn?t cost any more than the special. I had guess coming in and with the rain, actually I had painters and they hosed down the house before they paint it and the windows were just a mess from that. So, they really needed it to be done. They were not just even normal dust and dirt or whatever water spots that you would get from just everyday stuff as far as car washing, it was worse.

On time, very nice, did a good job.

Great! Should have done this a long time ago, totally changes the view to outside when you don't have to look through the dirt and dust that settles over time!

I had big picture double panel windows. He showed up alone and the windows are heavy. So I said just do the outside. He uses spray hoses to wash the windows. Then squeegee the windows. No window cleanser ( windex ) or wiping clean. The windows just look smeared. Like the kind of window wash you get when people do your car window at stop light. And demand payment. My windows don't look like they have been cleaned at all. I need to have them cleaned correctly again

Perfectly -- handled all gutters, saw the material they cleaned out (good thing we had this done!), asked to come earlier than original scheduled date and worked it out, was on time, pleasant and got the work done in time estimated (about an hour).

Excellent all around. I bought a deal on Angie's List and was promptly contacted to set up the appointment. They called again a couple days before the appointment to reconfirm. Technician showed up on time and did excellent work. I have several windows that are difficult to access and he did a great job on all of them. Windows on 2nd story were no problem either. Technician was even good with my 2 dogs. Couldn't have been happier with the service and the windows have never looked better. Will definitely rehire next time windows need cleaning.
