Description of Work: Had an external backdoor replaced due to damage and Jerry did a great job from initial quote to completion of job. He provided good communication during the process and was very professional. He took his time to do the job right and did an excellent job using good quality door. He also cleaned up after the job very well which is much appreciated. His pricing was in-line or slightly lower than other quotes and we will definitely use him again if needed.

Description of Work: I spoke to Jerry about a problem I was having with my windows. I had been quoted $1000 to repair the window. Jerry asked questions and pointed out that my windows might still be under warranty from the previous owner. After more research it turned out they were, and they were repaired free of charge. Many thanks to Jerry for his honesty and assistance!

Description of Work: Replaced entry way door, including installation of locks, door viewer, saddle, shoe and hinges. We provided the locks we wanted and everything else was included in the price. Jere did a great job installing the new door. It feels solid and is sealed tight. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
