Ben did a great job of inspecting, cleaning, filling cracks and educating us on the in and outs of chimneys. Recommended cleaning every year and I've already put the reminder on my calendar. Will definitely use them next year.

Our technician was efficient and tidy and didn't try to upsell services during his inspection. We didn't end up needing any work, so just paid the base fee for sending someone out to us. It's great for folks that don't use their chimneys often, but want to make sure everything is still in good condition. (They may also be great for cleaning and repair, but I can't personally speak to those services.)

Although I was in sticker shock about the price for a 2hour job, the work was performed on a Sunday and was top notch. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and careful with my property. I recommend this company for sure.

They said they took credit cards, which is we chose them, but when the worker arrived he kept pushing for cash. He wanted to upsell me on painting the inside of the fireplace for $250. He put back the logs right on our gas pipes instead of on the metal grating that every fireplace has. He blew out the soot in a way that covered our outdoor awning in soot. We can't get it out. He left behind a bag of garbage from the fireplace in the room.

Chimney was inspected. The piece I need is unavailable, so I will have to replace my fireplace. I will get that done another time. They were quick to respond and on time.

Fixed the problem, but it would be nice to have the pictures of before and after the repair and also did not get the receipt for the details of the job being done.

I hired them to service my mothers fireplace and inspect the chimney/spark arrestor. I was quoted $99 inspection fee and $150 for a basic cleaning. If we did the cleaning the $99 would be waived. When the tech arrived he was wearing sweats and a grey t shirt. No uniform. No signage The tech walked into the backyard with my uncle. My uncle explained we had heard a noise in the fireplace and were concerned maybe a rat or bird had got in there. The tech simply looked up at the chimney and said there was no way for an animal to get in there. He didnt have a ladder and had no intention of inspecting it. He then proceeded to quote my Mom $400 to vacuum the fireplace. well above the quoted price. Unfortunately I was not present. Mom who is 73 yrs old agreed to the price. The tech then asked my Mom if he could use HER vacuum. Surprised but willing to accommodate she agreed. He was there for 1 hour. Didn't inspect the chimney. Used Moms vacuum and then charged $400! The tech called me to discuss my concerns. When I told him I was quoted $150 he apologized and said that his call center has been miss quoting the service fees but then offered me a $50 discount?! I was going to use this company for my own home but after experiencing how they treat the elderly I am very disappointed with the entire process. I was told a manager would call me. Im still waiting....

Added some glass crystals for us which was really nice.

On-time and they were able to do everything that needed to be done the same day. The chimney hadn't been used for several years, so it needed more than cleaning. But, he made recommendations and said we could hold off on one thing or another if needed. He could get it operational with less than everything. Bottom line: due to him not pushing foe everything and offering slight discounts to do it in one job, we chose to do it all. Happy with the results, and we will use them again for annual maintenance.

I think I’m reviewing the correct pro. Of not apologies because it is difficult to confirm the app. Service was friendly and quick.

I still had a draft issue that they didn't help me with. And they never got back to me after I complained. I ending up installing some weather stripping in the slot under the firebox panel face to resolve it.

They came did the job and I was very pleased.

The technician,Sam, was friendly and knowledgeable. However, he chipped my window blinds when attempting to access the chimney from the second floor balcony. There was some upselling, but I suppose that's part of his job.
