Description of Work: legalized rear addition. Work was OK, but biling is flawed. They have placed Lean on my property for clean up work they never did. I have sent photos of materials never picked up, and still they refuse to credit the invoice.

Description of Work: Stucco work around windows and it went ok.

Description of Work: Did not use them they were too expensive so I built the deck myself for about 5000... |But they were the best qualified that I search for before I did it myself...

Description of Work: I called them for an estimate but since their so busy it took awhile to get them to schedule an appointment. The contractor is pleasant, seems very knowledgeable and gave some insight to how they would do the job. If you have a project and really want to use them you may have to wait patiently until their schedule opens up.

Description of Work: Azteca built us a huge beautiful deck, fence, and wood wall. They quoted us close to 5,000 less than other contractors and even more importantly actually finished the job in a very timely manner for the quoted amount! We love our new deck/outdoor living space.

Description of Work: Rick showed up to make an estimate on replacing two dryrotted posts supporting an attached carport. He gave me a verbal total cost estimate and I thought he said he would e-mail me an estimate. He apparently thought I was not interested in his number, so he did not send the e-mail. We had an apparent communications failure.

Description of Work: Rick completed my Garage and I wanted a pergola outside the back entrance to the garage to shade the area. He asked me to give him a picture of what I wanted and from there he did a drawing which was not an exact copy of the picture. He asked me how I planned to use it so any uses could be incorporated into the design. He quickly completed a great design and they started the project. It took a few weeks to complete the project including staining the final structure. I am extremely happy with the way it turned out. It is a wonderful place to pot plants as well as contributing to the over all appearance of the back yard. It has been over a year and I'm still very happy with everything. Rick is always a pleasure to work with. He listens carefully, asks questions and tries to get everything "just right" the first time. I have had other contractors who have caused major headaches but I'm glad to say Rick isn't one of them. He and his crew are always pleasant.

Description of Work: They were suppose to give me a quote but they kept delaying and delaying. They came to our house on 8/7/07, and told us that we would get the quote by mid-August, then they told us we would get the quote on 9/5/07, then they told us they were waiting for bids from their suppliers and they would get us the quote as soon as they heard from their suppliers. Then they told us (on 9/12/07) that they could not give us a bid because they were working on a much larger project, but that they would give me back my plans (which incidentally cost $20 to photocopy.) Still waiting for my plans. I just wish they would have been more candid and told us early on that they were not interested in working on our project.

Description of Work: I had Azteca come by for an estimate on a condo I was buying. They were EXTREMELY helpful and flexible to fit me into their busy schedule. Although I decided to do most of the work myself, I plan on using them in the future for more significant remodels.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd job I called this company for. Again, they were great about calling and coordinating times, and even calling me before they came so I could wake up! Did a beautiful, and professional job, getting new windows built, fitting them properly, and also fixing up various holes on the outside of the house. Rick even noticed places I had missed and fixed them too. They cleaned up, they're gone, my house looks great! Really wonderful company. Call them!
