Description of Work: Cleaned empty apartment. Spent 4 hours and missed cleaning several of the areas I had indicted needed to be done. Some I had them correct before they left but other I didn't see until after. I had to clean myself afterwards.

Description of Work: Excellent. Danna is very responsive by phone, email, and/or text. We had such a positive experience the first time, that we continued with bimonthly cleanings. This is still ongoing. I am not always scheduling on the same days so will get different crew in. My father-in-law also hired PC after a positive experience. He has a more predictable schedule and has his preferred team. Thank you, Danna and team for your hard work and being a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: In the middle of a construction project and needed help getting the dust under control. They worked hard, came on time, but had bit of language issue, asked they focus on living area and kitchen for dust, agreed. |Next thing I know they are in the bedroom and master bath. Refocused to the areas I needed cleaned and explained needed the dust removed. Again a bit later they have the stove apart doing a deep cleaning, construction was not complete so that was not what I wanted/needed at that point

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for 4 hours of cleaning. This equates to 2 hrs with 2 people. They did exactly what I asked them to, in the order I requested, and got plenty of great work done in those 2 hours. Right on time. Will use again.

Description of Work: Dusted, vacuumed, mopped/swept wood floors, countertops, bathrooms. Very thorough, careful. They may have been overbooked---I was kept informed but they were late the first time with a previous job. It was not a problem because I knew they could not do the whole house the first time: 3 bedrooms, loft, fam rm, din.rm, liv. rm. and 2 1/2 bathrooms. In the kitchen the counters were wiped down; I did not need the stove cleaned inside or the fridge. I would ask them back and concentrate on specific areas as needed. Dusting is a big job, taking a lot of time to be careful and avoid breakage, as I have experienced in the past with others. The ladies worked hard and did a good job. I realize I am a picky housekeeper and was spoiled by the same housekeeper for 18 years, so they had a hard act to follow but I was satisfied with their work and attitude.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for 4 hours of cleaning service for $89.00 through Angi's List. The appt. was scheduled and the cleaning team arrived as promised. I was fortunate enough to have the team of Carmen and Samantha. I can't tell you how happy I was with the job that they performed. They were efficient and thorough. I stressed that my hardwood floors were my priority, and they did a great job on them. They even removed things from under my bed so that they could clean the floor. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The two employees sent did not speak any English, so my son had difficulty working with them. He tried to show them what to do, but neither one seemed to understand. They worked hard but one was very slow.

Description of Work: The ladies from professional cleaners are wonderful. Just be very descriptive as to what you want them to clean; (ex.) Clean the stove has nothing to do with your oven, unless you say oven. But what those two ladies did clean, you will not recognize it . I will definitely use them again !

Description of Work: Thorough cleaning of our house with an emphasis on bathroom tile and the kitchen. The tile and glass shower door never looked cleaner!

Description of Work: They cleaned the house and did a good to fair job. A large water stain was left on a wooden dresser, once cleaned after the cleaning crew left I was able to remove the stain.

Description of Work: I received a deep cleaning. They did the best cleaning job I've ever seen in my house. Some of the hardest water spots were removed from my bathroom and left shiny. They dusted and cleaned every corner and even moved my heavy dresser to get the collection of dust underneath. They put everything back exactly right too. I was extremely pleased with their work and will be using them on a long term basis as long as the quality is maintained.
