Description of Work: Cleaned all areas requested, and everything shined. Finished in 3 hours instead of the allotted 4, and pointed it out when they were done. I let them go early because everything was spotless. One of the women actually lifted free weights out of the way to clean that area. I was greatly impressed.

Description of Work: The overall cleaning job was OK-did not dust, clean windows and floor mopping was sloppy. The did arrive on time and they did a very good job on the bathrooms. My mom did have to pay them a additional $50 for the 3rd hour. Overall, for 2 cleaners and 3 hours of work on a small 1200 sq. ft. home-not impressed enough with the quality of the work to recommend.

Description of Work: The housecleaners were asked to do basic cleaning in our home. The deal stated that we would get either 4 hours cleaning or 2 hours with 2 staff. The women who showed up were told that we wanted just basic cleaning and said that they did not need to clean all the rooms in our 3 bedroom home but just mop the floors and clean the bathrooms. They spent too much time on our kitchen cleaning items that we kept saying we didn't need cleaning so that they didn't end up cleaning one of our bathrooms and rushed on the mopping of the house. They even used a dirty mop that I don't even know where it was used before. I should have stopped them right then and there and said they could leave without finishing but I was expecting company that weekend and wanted help with cleaning. The experience was not good at all. We even asked the women if we could pay extra to have them finish the job. They said they could not stay longer. One of the women was a bit curt when I asked if she could even call her supervisor and explain that they didn't complete the job and if they could stay longer with more money. I have never had such a poor experience with a housecleaning company. Our home is regularly cleaned by another housecleaner but she was off for vacation that month and that is why I decided to try this company. So, our house was not that dirty. Our other housecleaners always finish in 2 hours. Would not recommend this company to others.
