Description of Work: I was late for my original appointment. Owner was very understanding and rescheduled. The two ladies that cleaned were very detailed and were able to clean more than I requested. Would definitely use this service again.

Description of Work: We have used Professional Cleaning several times. When we recently moved, we used them as a last clean for our former residence and a first clean for the house we had just purchased. In addition, we have started to have them come out once a month. They are amazing at cleaning, fast, and courteous.

Description of Work: A crew of two cleaned my entire 4400 sq ft home 2 days before the close of escrow to a new owner. They were prompt, professional and extremely thorough!!!

Description of Work: I hired them to clean my mother's home who is handicapped. It went well, she was happy with everything that they did. The only compliant I have is that they didn't show up on time. There was some type of mixup with the date and time. The person that I confirmed the appointment with apparently didn't write it down. Other than that, everything was great.

Description of Work: I hired this company to clean my residence on a weekly basis during November and December 2015. My wife showed the cleaning team, which consisted of two women, what she wanted done inside our residence. Over the course of the weeks, one of the women, for whatever reason, was unable to keep from marking or otherwise chipping/scratching/destroying the painted surfaces inside my home(walls, cabinets, cupboards, etc.)---even after several discussions about this problem through a Spanish interpreter. When I complained to one of the owners of the company, the husband, he seemed unwilling to address the problem with the employee, suggesting instead that he send a different cleaning team. He said if he spoke to the employee in question about my complaint, she might think "I was trying to make trouble for her." Unbelievable, huh? I did not accept a different team. Instead, I fired the company.

Description of Work: My sons who works part time and attends college full time needed help in keeping his condo clean. For Christmas I offered to pay for someone to clean. Diana cleaning accommodated his schedule of cleaning on the weekend. They did a great job.

Description of Work: The ladies arrived on time and promptly got to work. I was told 4 people would be sent, but only two actually came. The work was detailed and efficient. My only complaint is the crew accidentally left with a large squeegee that I had in my master shower. I left a message with the company asking that it be returned, but it has not been, nor did I receive a call.
