Wonderful job!

They showed up at 4:30. I purchased the big deal of the day 4 hours of cleaning for 85 dollars. This did not include windows and my house really needed a lot of cleaning They would also send a extra person to do the windows and they did so it could all be done in the same day! They were very professional, and I was very happy with their work. Professional cleaning services Showed up with a great deal of hard working staff. the owner both 2 other workers showed up and cleaned my house and it was sparkling clean when they left. I recently had a parent pass away so I have a lot of nick nack clutter, and busy clutter in my house right now. They were very good and cleaned mirrors bathrooms kitchen, and were cleaning my front door screen, and washing my front porch on the way out. I would highly recommend them, and are the best companyI have ever used for cleaning.In my opinion,their work is far better than average, and with no hesitation their prices are very fair for the quality of cleaning you receive.they cleaned my kitchen,cabients,top of microwave and refridgerator,also all my floors bathroom ,and made my bed dusted tons of nick nacks, and left my house the cleanest it has been in years! From start to finish they were great. They called about 20 minutes before they were done so I had time to get over and settle up with them.

First day, about 3 1/2 hrs. Dust, vacuum, mop, wash, cleaning including floors. Two weeks later 1/12 hours every thing but mopping .floors. Very thorough and careful.

This is the best cleaning company on the market. I had two different crews for each job and all four staff members were outstanding. I called last minute on one of the jobs (Sunday night) and it wasn't a problem with Donna, she fulfilled the request. Extremely high quality work and unlike other cleaning services I have used in the past, I completely trusted the staff of Professional Cleaning Company. I inspected everything on both jobs upon completion and didn't have a single concern. I also appreciated that the crews placed a high level of importance on quality and not rushing through the job. I will only use this company for my future cleaning requests and am really thankful for such a great experience. Thanks much!

I was pleased with the initial heavy duty cleaning; the bi-weekly cleanings were good except that too much oil was consistently left on the furniture and entry doors to the point of dripping. Also, the floors were being cleaned with dirty water. I brought this to the attention of the Lead cleaner a couple of times, but the problem continued. On the last visit, I tried again to explain to the Lead that they're not rubbing the furniture polish in, and because the house is 60% ceramic tile, you have to change the mop water frequently otherwise you're mopping with dirty water. I showed the Lead how dirty the wet floor is by wiping it with a paper towel, then some guy I didn't know, who was not invited into my house appeared in my living room trying to tell me how to mop my floors and that's when I decided to end this service

I called Professional Cleaning for an estimate. Danna came out that same day to give me a written estimate. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath, 2 story home, plus I have 3 dogs & 2 cats. I told Danna I want a deep cleaning every 5 to 6 weeks. Her estimate for this was $120, which I thought was a really good price so I hired them on the spot! She also gave me an estimate for window cleaning at $175, which was also really good considering I have a sun room which is ALL windows!! Two ladies ( who understood very little English) arrived on time & I showed them around and did my best to explain to them what I wanted. About an hour later Olvi arrived to make sure everything was understood . He and another crew member went to work on the windows. It took about 3 hours to do all this work, and they did a phenomenal job! I am very happy with the work they did. Everyone was very professional and friendly, but most of all...my house is as clean as a whistle ! I will definitely use them again AND they clean carpets too !

First off, I called the day before I needed someone to come so I gave hardly any notice. The two individuals were professional, courteous and hard workers. I did however have some difficulty communicating as my Spanish is not good and their English not much better. I very much appreciated the help and would hire them again albeit with one of my Spanish speaking friends present.

I contacted Professional Cleaners by email and received a timely response the same day. We set up an interview for a quote, and they arrived on time and gave a good quote of $95. We have used several house cleaning services, and in our area, this is a very competitive quote. We set up the appointment for our first house cleaning by phone. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and finished in 2 1/2 hours. they bring most of their own supplies. I originally offered for them to use our vacuum cleaner and mops, which they took me up on, and they had everything they needed. We were extremely pleased with the work. We are looking to use Professional Cleaners on a continuing basis for our home.

I like the way they came, they have 4 people that are working so of course it didn't take a long time but they did a very thorough job. My house is so full of dust, I mean the woman even cleaned my hardwood floors on her hands and knees, I didn't ask her to do that but everything was just beautiful when they left and they're come here now every month, once a month. They removed all the furniture away from the walls and cleaned behind the furniture, they cleaned the window sills, they cleaned my windows also, they did an excellent job on the windows.

Made contact by phone and email to arrange for the cleaning and discuss details. The team showed up as promised and completed the job in full. They were completely honest and trustworthy. This was a big job and the house was a mess. They worked very hard and covered every inch of the house. They cleaned the blinds and windows, appliances, bathrooms, kitchen, floors and all vertical surfaces. I thought the price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work they had to do.

Great. This was the second time they came. I think I have found my forever housecleaning team. They are very responsive to my preferences and always ask if they can do anything differently to meet my needs. I don't speak much Spanish so I really appreciate being able to communicate easily with Olvi and Danna without struggling to understand each other. They are detail-oriented and cleaned every nook and cranny of this big house. What a wonderful feeling coming home after they've been there. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent, dependable service for a reasonable price.

As stated in the above box. The "professional cleaning" was promt and professional just like their name. The detail to cleaning and the staff inquired after cleaning each room if I was satisfied or not. The staff took great pride in there detail to work. Such a professional and very plesent experience!

The crew arrived exactly on time, were warm, but professional, and were very willing to listen to and honor any special requests that I had. (I had a couple of cleaning products that I preferred and it was important to me that they use my cleaning rags, etc.). They cleaned areas that I hadn't thought in advance to request, such as the tops of pictures, the top of the medicine cabinet, and pretty much any area that might have accumulated dust. In general there was a huge amount of dusting to do and they didn't seem to miss anything. There was no problem with communication. Ole, the head of the company, was there working as hard as everyone else and was very polite and very likable. He and his crew clearly have pride in their work and it is important to them that the customer is pleased with their work. Ole had me accompany him from room to room, when the work was completed, and asked me to check for anything that had been missed or that I was not happy with. I could not find anything that was less than perfect. I couldn't be more pleased with their work, their integrity, and their determination to get it right. I will be arranging with Danna, (pronounced Donna), at the home office, to have the crew come on a regular (every 3 weeks) basis to help keep my home the way I have been able to keep it myself until recently. I should add that the crew was able to immediately make me feel relaxed about the fact that I was now needing assistance with housecleaning, a life change that can be stressful and embarrassing. They all seemed to genuinely enjoy the work, no matter how hard it was, and that made all the difference in my sensitivity about this new development. I encourage anyone who has been holding off on getting help with housekeeping to get in contact with Professional Cleaning. I'm so glad to have found them through Angie's List and so glad that Angie's List exists!

Great. I called Thursday and they came Saturday with a crew of three. They were all very friendly and courteous to me, and worked like mad till the house sparkled. I even hired them to do regular cleaning service at my new house.

Arrived on time and went right to work. The job was bigger than expected so they called in more help. Did a great job! In fact, I was so happy with them that I have hired them to come back twice monthly for maintenance.

It went very well. When they walked in they asked " is there anything special you would like us to do?"

My wife and I have been dealing with health issues, and unable to keep up with the house. We weren't quite to the stage of having A&E or Bravo stop by for a reality show filiming, but not too many weeks away from that either. The team of three arrived when they said they would, rolled up their sleaves and hit the mess. They worked with a good attitude and kept at it until complete. The job they did was nothing short of amazing. I was very pleased with the results. The price was probably a little higher than most will spend, but considering what they had to work with, and the job they did, the price was very fair. As I've alluded above, one of the best aspects of their service was the attitude. I really appreciated the can-do attidue and the professionalism. I was so happy with the work, the price, and the attitude, I've asked them to come back on a regular basis to keep us in good, clean shape.

Professional cleaning wanted to visit the house before providing an estimate, which they did, and we came to an agreement on the price. They did a good job cleaning and did not miss any areas. Their cleaning included cleaning the refrigerator and they offered to do the blinds and the windows but because i was trying to keep the cost down, i didn't have them do these things. They base their rate on a per hour basis but will work with you if you have a budget to stick to. I would use them again.

I have found them both very trustworthy and very accommodating. They make allowances for my clutter. When I have asked for something specific they are very willing. If I am home they work around me. They have been very willing to adjust their schedule if I need it. It is nice to come home to a clean house.

We live in a 1700 sq foot home, 4 bed, 2 bath with a large kitchen, living room and play room. The 2 person crew arrived right on time. Prior to setting up the appointment, Danna - the co-owner - was very prompt in answering my emails and verifying my appointment. Olvi - the co-owner himself and his worker came for a 3 hour job. We had just had a holiday party and there was a lot of cleaning to do. They were very thorough and cleaned my bathrooms better than I have been able to and I am very thorough myself. The sinks were spotless; I have never seen the toilets shine like they have and the showers were impeccable. I asked what they used to clean and it seemed like standard cleaning agents. I watched as they both put in a lot of physical hard work into scrubbing down our home. I think that is the majority of how the cleaning was done - very little "dumping of chemicals" was done - which I have seen other cleaners do in the past. They actually put in the work of meticulously cleaning. Next came the kitchen - the oven was covered in grease and has not had a clean like that in a year. Our stainless steel appliances have shined better than anything I have ever used and Olvi even gave me tips on how to maintain the cleanliness of our appliances between professional cleaning jobs. At the end of the visit, Olvi asked me to look things over and see if I had any spots that were of concern - and honestly, there were none. They did an amazing job. He quoted me a monthly and bimonthly price that were very reasonable and it looks like we will become regular customers soon.

I did not think they did the best job. I know it was overwhelming, and they did work hard, but they sent two people and one was doing most of the work. She brought her own sponge, which I did not like at all. I called the company and wanted to know where the sponges came from. They told me that they sanitized the sponges after they return to the office. I called Danna and told her it was difficult to communicate with the workers as they were Mexican. I asked for English speaking workers if possible and she told me I was a racists and told me they could not work with me anymore. I would rate the one who did most the cleaning as an A. The younger one who did not do much, would be between a B-C and the owner a F.
