Professional Cleaning

A team of two showed up on time and introduced themselves. After a quick review of our requested prioritized tasks, the team wasted no time getting down to work. All of the key areas on the list including complete cleaning of two bathrooms and a large kitchen, were cleaned to a level that well exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely use this company for periodic deep cleaning needs in the future!

The best thing is that they were able to get this done on less than a weeks notice. They did a great job. There were here on time and finished on time.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. I thought the work was great. They were really professional and they did a great job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was not really good. What happened was that they were really a couple of hours late. Every time I would call the company, they would say that they’ll be there in 10 minutes, there’s a lot of traffic and they’ll be there in 15 minutes, rather than them telling me that they’re not gonna be there for 2 hours, I could have gone and done something else. I didn't get an honest evaluation of what time they would be here. He just kept saying it's so hard to find this place, it's not hard, and he works around here. So the whole thing was a lie. I could just reschedule or do something else. But the way they did it, I was stuck home. When they got here, the guy did a good job on the bathrooms. The lady was upstairs doing the kitchen and she wasn’t getting the floor cleaned so she said she can’t get it any cleaner than that. I checked the floor with a wet paper towel and it was still dirty. She swept it but I asked her if she mopped it. She said she did but there’s still all these dirt left. She said that she can’t clean the floor because it’s too dirty. I said I just had a maid the week before. I was sort of disillusioned because they got to the second floor and then they could finish anymore, they said they had to leave. I called the company and paid more money so they could finish. The deal was for a certain time but I wasn’t really keeping track because they were so late.

It worked out really well. They were not able to do the whole house but I have some bedrooms that I don't use so I didn't get that done. They were able to do the cleaning that I wanted. They were very good. They came in and worked really fast. They were in and out. The price is a little bit higher than what I'm used to paying but I think it's most probably in line with what other companies do charge. I am planning to use them in the future.

I paid $95.00 for a two woman crew for two hours. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house and what time they spent here did not accomplish cleaning the entire house ( no time for kitchen or floors) however the work that they did perform was Great! My bathrooms sparkled! I will definitely rehire them in the future!

They were here for three hours and worked very hard. They even came out on Labor Day - the original time wasn't ideal and they were extremely flexible. They did a great job and their prices were great!

They came in started right to work did above average cleaning I would definitely recommend them to anyone. What a pleasant surprise because the last ones were really not worth having.

This was the second house cleaning with this company.The cleaners were punctual, polite and conscientious. Two cleaners, a man and a woman, performed efficient and high quality work. The team gave us good value.We were satisfied and we will schedule regular service with this company.

The home is two story with about 2100 sq ft. Two people showed up and after a short discussion of what we needed done, they went to work and did not stop until the job was completed. Hard workers! We had planned for two hours but called the office and requested another hour which was approved. Even cleaned the ceiling fans. The completed job looks great. Thank you!

The two cleaners arrived on time (noon) and were very courteous. However, they did not speak English not even very little. When I spoke to them they did not understand me at all and would look at each other for help. I could tell they were sweet innocent people who were desperate to work. Their supplies were a two squirt bottles, dirty rags. dirty mop and old torn up broom. They worked for 2 hours and left promptly at 2 pm. They did not do a thorough job as they did not understand me and had no working style or organization skills. The provider must have found them on a corner and sent them to my house for the job. The provider should be taken off Angie's list and should be investigated for employment practices.

I contacted professional cleaning to see if they can clean my parents' house as a birthday present for my mom, the problem was, I wanted it done on the weekend and they usually don't work on the weekends. But Donna was very accommodating and she was able to gather up a crew to work on Saturday and on a short notice. The crew was very punctual and professional, I had no problems communicating with the lead person. The cost was very reasonable even though I had to pay a bit extra because it was a Saturday (very understandable). Overall they did a good job that my mom decided that she will hire them on a monthly basis.

The provider showed up on time, two workers came in and worked all contracted hours plus a little extra to finish up the details. They were friendly, listened to what we requested, and were very professional. They were able to clean all the requested rooms: the bathroom, master bedroom, kitchen, living room, laundry room, and dining room. We are very pleased with the result and plan on using this provider again soon!

As requested, the 2 cleaners focused on bathroom and kitchen, with dusting, mopping and vacuuming in living and dining rooms. I requested no bedroom. They work fast, were thorough, replaced each item to its original location, and were very pleasant. The kitchen sparkled when they left and that was most important to me. They were 30 min late due to traffic but the office was on constant communication with me, letting me know the status.

The house cleaners were very punctual and thorough. They cleaned all the windows inside and out; my property is on the second story so they were able to pop out the old aluminum windows and clean all the window seals and blinds. Base boards were cleaned along with ceiling fans and cupboards and closets. Bathrooms were cleaned well; shower walls and toilets were scrubbed. I was happy with the team and the company, they were very punctual and responsive to my requests and schedule and very nice as well.

I gave them an A overall based on their excellent professionalism. The owner, Danna, was very professional about communicating with me to schedule a cleaning time that worked for me. The 2-person crew arrived, and I used my limited Spanish along with English to communicate what were the priorities in cleaning. When I got home, I was appalled with the dirty floors, unvaccuumed rugs, unwiped glass and surfaces, dirty sink. I called Danna and she was very professional and understanding, and seemed appalled that I had a bad experience. She offered to send a team back to try it again at no cost. Today a different 2 person team came and did a good job. Danna's professionalism is to be applauded. The second team of housekeepers had a good attitude and cleaned the major things well. In general-- I think I get a better work ethic, people who take pride in their work, when I use an individual housekeeper instead of an agency. With an agency, it really depends on the person you get that day, and they are not thinking that they are coming back regularly, so they are not paying attention to details or trying to impress you. That's why I'm going back to my individual housekeeper from now on.

Provider was very helpful in slotting me in for a cleaning time during a very busy week. They called a few times to suggest alternate appts. and when there was a cancellation, they slotted me in, even answering the phone on Sunday to help meet my needs. Two people came, worked two hours. Did exactly what they promised. Although they moved some things on the floors to get at the areas underneath, they didn't move others - that would be my only remark of inconsistency, but I think if I were to use them on a regular basis, this could be adjusted. They were punctual, friendly and I would certainly use them again and recommend their service.

The owner was really lovely. He was friendly, did a good job, and he was motivated. They were on time and everything looks good.

These guys are great. Since so many of these types of services are performed by Spanish speakers I did what has become my undercover interview. I don't let on that I understand Spanish perfectly and listen to the four workers talk to each other. Even when they thought I didn't understand what they were saying, they were extremely respectful of me and my things. They asked many questions to each other to make sure they were doing a good job. They were very well-mannered and considerate of my new home. When they weren't sure whether I wanted something done, they would check in with me to get exact instructions. After a while, I was so hungry, I left to grab a bite to eat. When I came back an hour later they had finished the job and you could eat off the bathroom floor. Not one single complaint, in fact they were quite cheerful from beginning to end when all of them were drenched in sweat. It was a hot day and I hadn't installed the AC unit yet. At the end, they asked me what time they began so that I wouldn't feel like I was being overcharged. I told them they had spent two hours. They agreed. Four workers and two hours and a reasonable price. I may be using them for my move out cleaning once the lease on my old place finally runs out. To anyone who doesn't understand Spanish, rest assured, they are not chatting about yesterday's soccer game. They are asking each other to check their work. So you can relax--these are really good people.

Prompt response to deal purchase and good communication about setting up service time. Crew arrived on time and gave a full 4 hours of cleaning. They cleaned 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, dusted the entire house and swept the floors. Only complaint is that several items like the garage door opener and gate keys were moved to different locations and I had to search for them.

. Holy Crap! They are still here while I write this. They are the very best I have used. They understood MY priorities and did what I wanted done - plus a LOT more. I am in awe of them. I am SO grateful. I really needed help and they were SO professional. I had others who didn't come near what these folks did in less time. It was Owen and Stella and I would have them again any time I should be so lucky.

I bought their deal of 4 hours for $85 (crew of 2) and even though they stayed less time because 3 people came I was very happy with their work. I imagine hiring them without a deal means they'll stay a bit longer and pay even more attention to detail but overall I was happy and I'm ready to schedule them to come again. I'm happy I found someone reliable!

They never called to let me know that they were running late. I wanted them to call because I was waiting for them. She said that she would come at another time but I was not able to do it at that time.

Two cleaners came and they spoke fluent English which is wonderful for communication. They got right to work scrubbing and did a great job. Matter of fact, I've never seen some of these rooms as clean as they left them. A great help and i will hire them for a regular service.
