Everything went okay. The team that was sent were friendly and courteous and worked quickly. Both people worked the 2 hours (total 4 hours).

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was a great experience. They sent two people out for two hours each for a total of four hours. They did a solid job and I have recommended these people already. They were very thorough, professional and respected my private areas. Anna from this company was in contact with me from day one and stayed with me through the whole process. They were here before they said they were going to be here, and I love that. I was not ready for them, but they were ready for me.

AAA+ What can I say besides wow! They arrived to my rental property prompt, unlike me, late ugg?Still, I was greeted with big smiles. My windows, blinds, sparkle and shine! I am so pleased, I will definitely be calling them back soon, my house next!

A crew of eight people spent an entire day cleaning under, behind, and on top of every piece of furniture, all surfaces, and all of the walls. They worked very hard and did an excellent job on everything. They were very diligent and asked several times for me to inspect their work. They were extremely responsive to my requests and did everything I asked for quickly and cheerfully. I plan to hire Professional Cleaning on a permanent basis to keep our home clean from now on.

It was easy to get a free estimate and schedule the cleaning of my windows and blinds by email. The cleaning crew showed up on time, worked diligently, and did a great job.

When we were first contacted to set a date we were asked to prioritize the areas of work, according to our preference. The first three areas we have listed were all we really expected to have accomplished in the time allotted. We had actually asked only the INSIDE of the picture window be cleaned but they opted to do inside and OUT. They voluntarily decided to clean the Venetian blinds in two of the bedrooms. They were all taken outdoors and washed thoroughly. All of this with time remaining to vacuum and dust a good portion of the house. We could not be happier with the service of Professional Cleaners. They arrived promptly, were very courteous and MOST helpful. As a result of their diligence our house actually sparkles!!! We would recommend their services with absolutely NO RESERVATIONS. As an added thought....they provided ALL of their own cleaning tools, solutions, etc., which we regularly furnish for our cleaning lady.

Arrived nearly an hour later than scheduled time. Crew cleaned interior windows in living room/great room (due to communication error on part of person here to meet them in my absence). They also cleaned kitchen, did some sweeping, dusted/polished most furniture, cleaned bathroom counters, sinks, tub/shower, emptied kitchen trash can (but not any small cans in baths/bedrooms). Vacuumed some upholstered furniture pieces. * I spent the evening vacuuming and cleaning floors and a few other missed items. * I rated quality of work actually performed a B.

They were excellent. The price was good, they did a good job and I have had them back once already. I am very happy with them.

They were here on time and did a wonderful job cleaning my house. They worked very hard and were very thorough. They asked me to look around to see if there was anything we needed them to do differently or better. I appreciated that check-in. I will absolutely use the service again.

Easy to purchase, heard right away from them via email. Thought I would receive a phone call but was my first time buying a Big Deal. Have "played" telephone tag at best with them to schedule - seems my request always comes a little too late, as I assume they have a bust schedule. Decided to get money back and go from there. No problem with any kind of service.

The house cleaning was very good, but the charges were far more than expected. During the initial phone call, I provided the square footage and number of rooms, and Danna advised that the first cleaning would be about $160.00 - four hours for 2 people at $20 per person per hour. 3 cleaners came to our house, stayed for four hours, then charged $240.00. Danna advised that it was a misunderstanding and that the cleaning took longer than expected, but I'm inclined to call it an unfair business practice. In the end, we agreed to pay $200. Has anyone else experienced this same issue? During the initial call before the first cleaning, Danna also stated that additional cleanings would be at a flat rate of less than $100 if cleanings were done on a regular monthly or bi-monthly basis. This was the deal I was hoping for. After the first cleaning, however, Danna did not return my calls (except one very recently), and when I finally reached her today, she said they are not available for about 6 weeks and will only clean at an hourly rate - she refused to honor the flat rate agreement for regular cleanings every three weeks. This isn't right, and definitely not professional.

I was very pleased with the service, my house looked like nobody lived there when I got home. They did an amazing job, all areas of the house were spotless. I was so pleased with the service I am actually going to hire them to do bi-weekly cleanings..

they cleaned kitchen, bathroom, and dusted everything. they were even able to get stains up from the kitchen floor that i have been trying to get up for acwhile.

I liked the service very much. They called to let me know they would be late which was ok. They provided their own supplies and tools. I am planning on using them again.

Two people came to my home and promply got busy cleaning my home. They were fast and efficient. I was so impressed that I have hired Professional Cleaning to clean my home twice per month. I'm very pleased.

Everything was fine. They showed up on time, were very diligent, finished the list I had and did a good job.

The service was very good. I paid for two girls for two hours instead of one girl for four hours.

It went great. They jammed for the two hours I had them and I was very pleased. I couldn't believe how sparkling clean my bathroom shower stall was (I had let it get away from me for too long, and it was gross) it was sparking! I asked them to really focus on the floors and they did just that. I found them both to be sweet and up beat and I would definitely have them come back. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend! thanks!

Overall they did a great job. Four hours is not a very long time to clean (actually 2hrs between 2 people) so I was very impressed with how much they got done and how good of a job they did. Only a very few details were missed ( few areas were not dusted) and Im sure it was because of the limited time I had hired them for. House looks great and I am very happy with the work they did. Will use again.

All of the above may not sound like any big deal, but I had major surgery several months ago, so nothing had been done (other than in the kitchen and in our master bedroom & bathroom) as far as dusting and cleaning most of the rest of the house for more than 2 months - and we live on a busy corner, so things get very dusty in here, very quickly. Everything was so dusty that those poor women sneezed and sneezed as they worked! They even damp mopped the hardwood floor under our stairs, which is no easy task ... you have to bend over to be able to do it, and it's a sizable area so it's a real pain in the back to do! AND two women did ALL of that in 2 hours! It was nothing short of incredible! They brought everything that they needed to get the job done with them, so the price included the cleaning supplies and there was no wear and tear on my vacuum cleaner. I don't like talking on the telephone, but that was no problem because dealing with Danna via e-mail to schedule the cleaning was both quick and easy! We were so impressed with Professional Cleaning, and Danna gave us such great prices, that we'll be using them to clean our apartments, when a tenant moves out, and I've scheduled them to come back to clean all of my house on a regular basis.

They did a great job. When I interviewed them, Olvi arrived on time and was very professional. I had made a list before he arrived of what I expected or wanted to know from him and everything was discussed. One of my biggest concerns was that he would do a thorough dusting job especially in my bedroom and bathroom because I have allergies and asthma. When I came home after the first cleaning day everything met my satisfaction. He did do a thorough dusting job as well as a great job on my floors, getting all the dog hair up, and all floors mopped. My bathroom and kitchen were also done well. I have already scheduled for them to return in 2 weeks. Thank you for a job well done!

The two workers worked very hard and they did a great job. I would recommend them.

Had to reschedule as they could not fins the place the first time (its actually hard to find). When they returned - they did a great job. They cleaned everything I asked and did the little things that make a big difference. I was very pleased.
