Professional Cleaning

Bought the deal for $85 for 4 hours of house cleaning, which is per man/woman. So, 2 hours of cleaning total. I had the option to buy extra hours when I scheduled, but missed the chance as I wasn't sure how long it would take. 2 person crew showed up (man & woman) and did a very thorough job on our tough dirt/dust. Ran out of time to do a complete job, that I'm sure they would have done excellent. That was my fault, not theirs. They busted their behinds to try to squeeze it all in. Suggest using them as they are very reliable and did a great job. Also, scheduling was very accommodating as we had 2 emergency issues cause rescheduled dates.

They came on time. Cleaned for 4 hours and did pretty good job.

I found them on Angies list last year, and have been using them ever since. They came to my home on Xmas Eve after I was able to get off work! they showed up at 3:30 and were done by 5:15. They are the best cleaning service ever! I never worry as they all work together as a team to get the job done. I had work done on my house kitchen finished and paint therefore it was a mess with white dusty powder everywhere from the recesed lights put in. They made my Christmas happy by cleaning the bathroom kitchen wipe everything, and moving everything with dust on it I had to run and get cleaner for my hardwood floors the stores were packed with people, and when I got back the last guy helped me get my throw rug back in the house, and did the floors, and washed my back pourch for me! I will always call them! They are fantastic. They also clean my place of business, and do a super job as it has 3 bathroom, and hard wood floors! I give them a A+ rating. Annette

Overall OK but it took them much longer than originally estimated to finish the job, and as a result, they charged probably $150 more to cover the extra time.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was not well. They didn't clean as well as cleaning services I have had in the past. They wanted to charge me more because they said it was going to take more time, but I declined that. Obviously the room that gets the most use and grease and abuse in the kitchen. I wouldn't recommend them.

They did fine but didn't seem to be self-starters. Could have been my fault by not being specific enough. Actually would use them if offered a good price.

They were able to complete all the work we requested them to do in the 4 hours and other parts also. They did a good job.

they were running late but called me to advise and kept me updated about their arrival time. Once they got to my house, they performed their cleaning tasks in a professional manner and everything looked great once they finished

Did great on the kitchen. No good in the bath. Vacuumed and dusted a bit. Rushed to get out.

These people made my month! They cleaned my house thoroughly and scrubbed all the construction dust out of my home. I am so thankful they came today. Sonia and Owen did a fab job with a great attitude.

They showed up about one hour late from the scheduled time. The workers that came were very polite, but we had language barrier problems (they only spoke Spanish and had very limited English). In order to get a scope of what they were going to do, they had to call the owner because they were not able to communicate that themselves. They did a fair enough job with the actual cleaning (though they didn't change linens), but the main problem was their lack of punctuality and not honoring the price deal. After they finished the job, they told me I owed $120 instead of the agreed upon $95 because it was an hourly rate. I ended up talking to the owner on the phone regarding this while the crew was still at my house and the owner would not budge to honor the deal I had scheduled. That they stayed longer than I had scheduled them without having it approved by me is not something for which I believe should be passed to me given the circumstances. I ended up paying the higher rate, but will not use this company in the future.

They went above and beyond, cleaning things that I hadn't even asked them to, like pet marks on the wall, and scrubbing bathroom tiles with a brush to remove hair spray residue that had been there for awhile, and numerous other things that they noticed. They just do an outstanding job and when they ran over 15mins, they didn't charge me extra. I started with them through an Angie's List special and I couldn't be more pleased.

They "don't dust". Or at least that's what they told my boyfriend who was home at the time of their service call. There were some scheduling problems, that they were very proactive about & made up by adding a 3rd cleaner. So, 3 people took an hour & 1/2 in a 2 bdrm house under 1400 sq ft and didn't dust?! What they did do, they did a nice job on, but I have never heard of a cleaning service refusing to dust.

I bought the deal on Friday. Asked for Monday or following Friday date. Didn't expect to get Monday yet, it happened. Danna called me in the morning. She was able to get a 2 person crew here by noon. They worked so quickly I couldn't believe it. The best part is that everything was put back where they found it. I didn't have to play hide & seek in my kitchen. My house sparkles now. Lettie did a marvelous job in my kitchen. She cleaned the refrigerator inside and out. I had put the oven on self-clean. She did a wonderful job on that also. My living room was as different as night is to day. All the counters were glossy-no dust. The floor was vacuumed. What surprised me the most was watching her clean the walls at the ceiling. Also the baseboards were cleaned. Luis washed the doorways and walls with liquid. Now I have no fingerprints on them. My bathroom was done just as nicely as the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this crew to anyone, even at the risk of them being too busy to come to me again.

Crew showed up on time with all equipment/supplies needed. Letty, (Sp?, sorry.) the lead, asked what I wanted them to do and which order I wanted done since this was a "timed" session for them. They proceeded to clean all the rooms I requested at a steady pace. I'm very happy with their work and will now use them every month to start out. Thank you Letty and Estella !!!

They sent two young girls for two hours, and I don't have one of these fancy new houses, and I have two bathrooms which are small, and they did the two bathrooms, and 1 bedroom, and they did about a fourth of the kitchen, and it was time for them to go. I don't know what they were doing. They had put a sheet over the door of the bathroom. Those are tiny bathrooms, and it is not like they are filthy. The rest of the house, the dining room, the kitchen, the hallway were not even done. I had told them in the beginning, that they didn't have to do the other two bedrooms. I had purchased a big deal for the service. After they left, I had to open the doors and windows, because I don't know what they used for cleaning, it was making me ill. I wouldn't use the cleaning tools that they used on my floors. They had a mop and broom that looked like it was from world war II. I couldn't believe it. After they left, I opened the windows and doors, and I didn't want to use the kitchen cabinet. So I took the steamer and cleaned it. Because when I was touching it, and it would touch my mouth, the taste was horrible. I redid the counter again with a steamer before putting any food on it. They didn't speak much English. I would never use them in a hundred years.

They were punctual, efficient and did a great, thorough cleaning job. Cleaned a 2 bedroom apartment with laminate floors and I will call them again and use this service on a regular basis. I found them on Angie's list and I could not be happier with this cleaning service. I highly recommend Professional Cleaning.

This service went well. The two cleaners showed up ready to work and it took a little over two hours, which is amazing. I would certainly hire them again in the future. Very sweet people.

I was so happy with this service that I have scheduled out appointments for the rest of the year. The ladies are wonderful, they ask when they arrive if there is something special you want them to work on. They work the entire time they are here - house looks great, smells great - nice & clean!

Overall the service provided by Professional Cleaning was great. Even when there was a scheduling mix-up, they worked hard to find an alternative time, and ended up sending 4 (instead of 2) workers to complete the job on the originally scheduled date. The quality of the work was great, the owner was professional and provided great customer service. I will use them again!

Everything was cleaned to perfection! My bathtub has never looked so clean and fresh. Also, the kitchen counters were done beautifully. I would for sure use this company again!

My experience was very professional right from the time I placed my call. Donna was very diligent in accommodating my needs. She even considered my need to be serviced as soon as possible and was able to get a crew there sooner then promised. The crew were very polite and arrived with a smile. They even did little detailed things above what was expected which was a nice surprise. Before they left they went out of there way to make sure I was happy with the service and made sure I checked to see if they had forgotten anything or if anything needed any attention. They knew what it was all about to do a job well done. The crew enjoys working for the company which will always come out in their performance. This goes a long way for me on how a company is ran & how they treat the employees because in the end the it is reflected to the customer. Way to go Professional Cleaning!

They were fast and efficient, but also very thorough in the job they did. I had them clean the oven, stovetop, countertop and shelving over the sink, plus do the dusting and vacuuming of the front room and family room. Everything was clean and looked ready for my next family gathering! They also did the work with a pleasant and cooperative attitude. I will be asking for them to come back after using them for the "big deal."
