Professional Cleaning

A delightful team of two arrived promptly, listened to my request and immediately went to work. There was no wasted time. The bathroom walls, tile floors, showers, sinks and tub literally sparkled when they were finished. The kitchen floors, sink, counters, and vintage stove sparkled and were renewed. The chrome continues to sparkle after a week of use! They cleaned as they walked out the door~ dusting items and mopping the floor as they ended the session promptly as promised. The cleaning products left a nice scent, not over powering or too antiseptic. Scheduling was easy with a telephone call and prompt response to email. My team is fantastic, prompt and thorough. I've scheduled an additional session. Thank you!

Cleaners arrived promptly on time they were helpful and professional. I explained that the kitchen and bathrooms were very important to me. All soap scum was removed from tubs and showers and the home smelled wonderful! Cleaners made sure that I inspected the cleaning including drawers and closets. The carpets were done professional with attention to detail. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and courteous staff also the cleaning was done in a reasonable amount of time.

There were two people for two hours that came out. They did an awesome job and couldn't be more pleased with their services. My mirrors in the bathroom sparkle, and my kitchen floor which is a multi tile floor is shining! I feel like I have a brand new floor. I will definitely use them again in the future.

So far it has been good. The workers are prompt, consistent, and are willing to listen. However, I feel like they could clean a little better, and I kind of have to be right there when they are working, otherwise, they miss some things.

She quoted me $40.0 for additional time and sends me a bill for $80.00. Ive called her several times and no response. The quality of work was good but not wiling to work with someone who does not responds to calls.

Olvi and his team are the best! They are always prompt, courteous and do a great, thorough job! I started using their services several years ago and referred them to several friends. I got to know Olvi and felt very comfortable and felt I could trust him to clean our home, even if we weren't there. They are very affordable and always did a very complete job. My house always looked, smelled and felt so clean and fresh when they would leave! My Husband got laid off or we would still be using them. Highly recommend!

We bought the Angies List Big Deal but have a larger house with 3 cats, so opted to pay for an additional 4 hours of cleaning time. Did a great job, would highly recommend.

All cleaning was completed in 2 hours by a crew of 2 in a 3,000 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bath house. There was great attention to detail. I plan to use them as my regular service.

It was last year so not real clear in my mind. A man and woman came to clean my house. Very nice and prompt. Was able to do as much as possible I suppose in time allowed.

I've had Professional Cleaning come to my house once a month since November to clean my entire townhouse which is about 1400 square feet and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a front room and a kitchen. I'm very happy with their service and their customer service. They're very punctual and call beforehand if they're going to be late which has only happened once.

Professional Cleaning did a good job and were fine. Unfortunately, the language was a problem and it was difficult to communicate with them.

They were quick to respond to me for an appointment and I got my first choice of days. The two people came early, I was surprised. Overall they did a good job - but I was disappointed that the window sill in the bathrooms was not wiped down, there were spots on the floors/baseboards that were missed, as well as some spots towards/on the ceiling above the tub/shower.

Lifesavers! Honestly, when I think of all the blessings surrounding this renovation season, using the Professional Cleaning crew for my post-remodel cleaning ranks highest! I was under an extremely time sensitive deadline and not only was the work completed to perfection, but the crew is absolutely wonderful. I had several different crews in my home prior to finding Professional Cleaning and by far, they are the most respectful and detailed in their cleaning. I HIGHLY recommend using them, not looking any further, this is your best option! They also having amazing deals for window (mine are high up and extremely difficult), upholstery and rug cleaning. Truly perfection. To add, I have hired them to return for a recurring cleaning and was equally satisfied yet again!

I originally bought the Angie's List special for $85. The two cleaners were very responsive, showed up on time (actually early), and were willing to do my priorities in the two hours allotted. They worked hard and fast, and my house looked so much better when they were finished! I have since had them over two additional times, with the same excellent results, and intend to use them in the future. I consider them the ones I want to call, now.

They did a fine job. I think they could have been a little bit more thorough, and I didn't really appreciate the immediate upsell attempt as soon as they arrived. Comparatively, I think the price was slightly high, too. Other than that, they were very timely and the end result was good.

We needed to have the walls, kitchen, and bathroom cleaned deeply for our move-out. We also had them clean all our windows (2 large, 2 jalousie, 1 slider). They did a great job, left some spots that we easily fixed, but overall exactly what we were looking for. They worked with us on the price. They were on time and every time we would check on them, they were always working, always busy. We had a team of three come in for about 5 hours. We will be using them again!

The man and woman who came to clean were pleasant and on time and brought their own equipment. They did a decent job but I felt they should have cleaned out the lint and residue from the dryer that they used to clean my bathroom rugs.

Ended up being a little pricey but the apartment looked great after a year and a half having two guys and a large dog that sheds a lot. We got our entire deposit back so I guess it was well worth the price. They showed up on time, brought all their own stuff and did a great job!

Professional Cleaning a great job they were on time and did a great job. I even had second thoughts about selling. They were very professional and didn't miss anything. They were even able to do the windows even though I made the request after they were already there and it was already after 2pm. I was able to leave them there and go back to work until they were finished. They started out with 2 people and had other workers show up to finish on time all for the price I was quoted. I would call them again they did a great job for sale

Only weird thing: The lady who cleaned guest bedroom did not take shoes off when she stepped up on the mattress to clean window above bed-- & left several black footprints on the mattress cover! Otherwise-- fine job.

Had a Conversation with the owner. Once I understood their style /approach I do not feel comfortable with it. Therefore I just decided against it. Danna was very cordial so there's nothing wrong with them. It was just a personal preference on my part.
