Great! Friendly, professional, efficient.

They came on-time, started working right away and continued working until time expired. Of course lots more could be done but I only bought 4 hour service and they did a great job within 4 hours. I would recommend and will use them again.

The 2 cleaning ladies arrived on time and appeared professional. Appreciated the main woman speaking English as she tried to follow our directions on the particulars - using our rags, vacuum , etc. For the pre paid voucher the house was larger than anticipated and they rushed towards the end barely cleaning the downstairs shower. Otherwise, overall they did a decent job and used them again. Next visit was based on negotiated price for monthly cleaning which met expectations. Would recommend to others .

The service turned out okay. They just cleaned the bathrooms and the floors for me. They actually sent 2 housecleaners for 2 hours. I was not home while they did the cleaning, but I was pleased with the outcome. I thought they could have cleaned the baseboards a little better and scheduling was not is an issue.

.The cleaners were not only on time they were a little early, which was nice. They were careful to inquire what exactly needed to be done. The house had gotten pretty bad due to lack of time on my part and they did a great job in the time they had available. They followed instructions to make the kitchen and bathrooms top priority so those were done very well. I think if I had to do it over I would have seen what it would have cost me to have them stay another half hour to hour to finish better in the living room. I think they did the best job possible in the allowed time

Did a good job for 2 hours work. If I use them again, I would hire them for a longer period of time for more thorough cleaning.

It went very well. I hired them to clean every other week. They cleaned well. They were fast. The price was appropriate. Two women came for 2 hours each. They were on time. They showed up in the time window they gave. They brought their own products.

Although they seemed to work slowly, they did a good job cleaning my house. They arrived on time, and when they realized I had a second bathroom they made sure it was cleaned too even though time was running out.

After reading reviews submitted by other clients, I was anticipating that I would be very satisfied. Well, I was sorely disappointed. The person who spoke English wasted valuable cleaning time by arguing with me about what could be accomplished in the allotted time. Ignoring certain details that seem obvious to me, such as: When cleaning a ceiling fan under the bed in the bedroom, the person assigned this task, did not think to put something on the bed to protect the linens. This made me think that they had never cleaned a ceiling fan located under a piece of furniture.Luckily I was home and was able to intervene Also, there is nothing "professional" about using an old fashion cotton mop to clean hardwood floors. It just moves the dirt around. I wish I could recommend this service provider, but based on the 2 cleaners assigned to clean, I can not.

We utilize them frequently and have been very pleased with the results.

They showed up on-time and were easy to get a hold of. The female worked in the kitchen primarily nd the male worked in my bathrooms. His work was lacking and hers was fine.

I hired Professional Cleaning in February 2014 after an initial cleaning that was great (I gave an excellent review at that time). However, they assigned a different crew than the original one to do subsequent cleanings. On their first visit they broke the glass in one of my picture frames. They offered to reimburse me for it or have it fixed, so I chose the latter. It took several weeks for them to return the fixed frame. More bothersome was the fact that as time passed the team seemed to be more careless. For example, the toilet was not scrubbed and there were dirty spots left on the floor (several weeks in a row). It became evident that they were just "spot cleaning." On the last visit I came home to a disheveled couch, dirty spots and a twig on the floor, and a few dishes that had apparently been washed, but were still dirty. Further, my dogs were left loose in the house (they are supposed to be in a caged area in the dining room). When I pay decent money to have my house cleaned I want to feel confident that it has really been cleaned, not just "spot cleaned." I called and left a voice mail. It took Danna two days to call me back. She was nice about my concerns and offered to do another cleaning for free. However, I have lost confidence in the service and will not be using them again.

There were two people and they listened to what I wanted done and went right to work. They did an excellent job and I look forward to having them return.

I got a message from the company saying that they don't service my area. I have found another company.

GREAT SERVICE I was able to contact the owner, she spoke English, and explained the process to me. She stated that the cleaning crew would arrive between 7:30am-8:00am, They arrived at 7:25am. My previous cleaning lady would show up 1.5-2.5 hours late so this was amazing to me. Three people showed up with all the cleaning supplies and immediately walked in and started cleaning away. One person went to the bathroom, the 2nd guy went straight to the kitchen sink to do dishes, and the woman went into the living room and got busy. They moved so quickly through the house. My space is easy to clean because we don't really use 1/2 the house and I don't have much furniture so dusting, master bathroom, floors and kitchen are my biggest concern. My husband and I also maintain the home in between the weeks so the service is basically for some help since I have asthma. PROS: -On time, punctual -Visits after the first are cheaper -Employees very nice but only one person spoke English, I think. The other two wouldn't talk, they just worked -After job was complete the initial service trainer asked me to go around and check to make sure I was happy with everything -They move around the house SUPER fast! It was awesome! -They cleaned the house in 1.75 hours. My old cleaning lady would clean 6-8 hours CONS: -They don't clean windows. If so I think they are $7 each. ouch! I'll clean them myself, no worries. -First time price is higher than quotes after the initial visit. $120 for first visit and my house is tiny (1,100, but the 2nd bedroom and bathroom they didn't have to clean) -They don't use swifter dusters or natural ingredients like vinegar so I'm not sure if it's safe for pets -Didn't really dust the book case in living room very well -Would've like for them to use the swifter duster on the wand to just wipe over the walls, pictures, on door trims, etc. My biggest issue or reason for the need of the service is dust in my house NOTES: -I'm sure with a little communication the minor CONS could easily be fixed. -Great company, I've already asked the owner to contact me regarding the request to continue the service bi-weekly.

Owen and his partner work very hard to make sure that the job is completed all the way to the end. He is willing to listen to my concerns. The Owner of the company is available for any positive feedbacks as well as criticism. I am very happy with their work and prompt communication.

The service was good. They were quick with the service.

The cleaning pair arrived on time and was very professional. My place was absolutely clean from top to bottom. The grout between the tiles in the shower is cleaner then ever before. They neatly replaced items that had to removed for dusting and wiping. I am very pleased with the results.

It went very well. They didn't waste time, the two cleaners worked well together and I was very satisfied with the results. I would certainly use them again.

The team that came were professional, friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning the areas I asked them to clean. This was not an easy cleaning job, my mother's house is very cluttered and they managed to deal with it very well. There was good attention to detail. They noticed an area that wasn't clean that I hadn't mentioned and stayed the few extra minutes to take care of it too. I will definitely use this company again. They exceeded my expectations.

The service was good. Two workers arrived about 15 mins early and was done in 2 hours (the contracted time advertised). I was very pleased.

For the last 5 months, Danna & Olvi's crews have showed up on time and cleaned my house perfectly just how I want it. I usually get two people cleaning crews but this last time Olvi showed up, too with Juanna and Silvia and the house even looked better !! I have no worries with anyone they send. Every team has been on time and cleaned without delay. I surely get my money's worth from Professional Cleaning. Danna is great to work with scheduling my appointments. I usually send her an e-mail one month in advance and I get the date/time I requested. Over all, I'm extremely pleased with Danna & Olvi and their crews and will continue to utilize them in the future. Thank You !!!

THEY WERE REALLY NICE, AND HARD WORKING PEOPLE, THEY WORK AS A TEAM TO GET THINKS DONE IN ORDER AND NICE, THEY JOCK AROUND THEY GO AT IT WITH DETERMINATION TO PLEASE COSTUMER IF I HAD SOMETHING I DIDN'T LIKE I JUST TOLD THE OWNER OR ANY OF THE EMPLOYEES NOT BIG DEAL THEY JUST DID IT HAPPILY . THAT'S WHAT I CALL A CLEANING COMPANY, IN MY OPINION THEY THE BEST AROUND, I REALLY FEEL BAD JUST GIVING THEM AN A+ I THINK THEY DESERVE MORE. OVER ALL I REALLY RECOMMEND THEM TO NICE PEOPLE .
