Professional Cleaning

It costs $85 for two hours of cleaning. They are pretty much done in 1- 1/2 hours because they send two people and they both do different work. One think I do like is that they do clean the baseboards and really clean my glass showers and doors. They also clean my guest bathroom. Other cleaners I have had used harsh chemicals like bleach and when they were finished the whole place smelled like bleach, but these guys don't use that. The first time they did, but I asked them not to so after that they used a more environmentally better product. They cleaned the windows and each of the doors. A lot of cleaning companies miss all the little things such as finger prints on the doors, cleaning the windows and cleaning the baseboards. That is the great part about it. If it is one person then they go for four hours or if it is two people then they go for two hours. In the beginning I had one person come out each time, but his schedule changed so the last three months I have had the same two ladies come. Pretty much they try to stick to the same people. They usually come on Fridays and they always give me a span of time as to when they will get here. I also am going to use them at my other house.

I requested two workers for two hours, and the two women showed up closer to the end of the one-hour window that I was given for their arrival. They immediately got to work. In the end, the kitchen and bathroom were immaculate; I think they were cleaner than when I first moved in! I think they had to rush a bit to get most of the floors mopped; I have a loft area, and I told them that they didn't need to mop there since they were short on time. My only complaint (and it is not a major complaint at all) is that they threw away my kitchen sponges. One of them was on the old side, but the other was in good condition and was used for cleaning kitchen surfaces. I wish they had told me they threw them away. Overall, it was a positive experience. I will consider them again when I need another deep cleaning.

They ask what I wanted and I told them I wanted first and formost the front room and kitchen cleaned.They cleaned those rooms so well,I was AMAZED. Then they cleaned the rest of my home the blinds and vacuumed and dusted all the rooms and were fast and efficient. I have many many things to dust and they did such a good job and were careful.I would recommend these cleaners to anyone that is looking for a good cleaning job on there homes. I will use them again. OMG. These people were amazing. The house just sparkles. They did everything from scrubbing kitchen floors to dusting some very dusty ceiling fans. We have three big sheepdogs who not only shed enough hair to weave a rug each week but also track in dust and dirt from the outside. And once, when we were not paying enough attention our 300 pounds of dogs got into the house where the work was being done and there was only one soft cry of surprise. Will recommend these folks and will definitely use them again.

Very good with communication. Scheduling was simple and they were willing to work around with my schedule. We went back and forth a couple times finding a day and time that would work. One quick disclaimer the deal is for 4 hours but that is "man hours" so 2 people were scheduled to be at my house for 2 hours total. Not a big deal since they were amazing but just so people know they are not losing a 4 hours chunk of their day. The two staff that showed up were early and very polite. They quickly asked what were the areas of most concern so that they could concentrate on those first. I gave them my priority list and they went right to work. I've never hired a cleaning service so I did not know what to expect. Didn't say much and I just tried not to be in their way. It was weird though having people clean and not help them. They finished in their 2 hours what I had asked and then some. To make it easier I'll list some of the things. -Cleaned stove top. I've had burnt on stains since I bought my house 5 years ago and haven't been able to get it off. Uh..it's gone now -Washed random dishes I had in the sink -Swept, moped hardwood floors and kitchen. BUT they also moved my couches and seats to get behind and underneath them too! -Brushed and cleaned all my furniture. Couches, chairs, tables etc. -Dusted and wiped down pretty much everything. -Took out and replaced bags in trash and recyclables. They pretty much did what would have taken me a couple days to do. I will be using this service again but probably as a bimonthly service to keep my place clean.

Communication was poor at first with the order. Don't expect quick responses on weekends with the business's owners. However, the crew that did the work was fantastic and very thorough . My wife was very impressed with the results and felt they cleaned better than any crew she has ever seen.

Extremely good job, already scheduled my next cleaning job

My house did not need much scrubbing or intense work since I keep it pretty clean. We don't have much furniture either so there isn't much dusting other than baseboards and window sills. We do have a lot of windows and large glass enclosed showers. Though windows are not included Danna agreed to clean two windows as part of my service. We also agreed that they would get as much cleaned as possible in the two hours. Two women arrived on time and they both spoke English. They worked hard for the duration of the time and were able to clean the entire house. They did a very good job and I am happy with the results. They listened carefully to what I wanted/no bleach/gentle around cabinets/ and delivered service as expected. The glass enclosures and windows are sparkling! I recommend this service and will hire again.

They arrived on time and began working as soon as they asked me what I wanted them to focus on. Unfortunately, the deal was only for 4 hours and my house was not finished. My bedrooms and family room were not touched but they offered to stay longer for an additional $20/hour.

The company was great. I thought they did an excellent job. They ended up bringing their own products to work on the house. I asked them if they could use my products and they were more than happy to make that accommodation. They deserve all As in my opinion!

This kitchen, bathroom and living room were very very dirty and I honestly didnt think they would have time to clean as much as they did. This is a house that my son is renting with four roomates- all college students. Two people arrived on time and got busy, and it was amazing how they were able to clean it so well in just two hours. I will definately call them again. I want them to come clean my condo as well!

They were very thorough and did a great job. I wish I had thought to book them for even more time! I hate to dust and they took care of that just wonderfully.

The workers did a good job. I live alone and they ended up staying only an hour. If I could have gotten two visits, this would have been a better deal for me.

I had to reschedule several times and they were very responsive and flexible with my needs. Did a great job cleaning the home prior to an open house.

They sent two people for two hours. They showed up a half an hour early, but they did stay for the whole two hours. They only cleaned two rooms. They were okay. They were very thorough, but also very slow.

They did an enormous amount of work in the two hours that they were there. One of them did not speak English however and I found that difficult to communicate with her. She did not do everything that was asked of her either. Overall however, I was very pleased at how much they accomplished.

They were great. They were very prompt, professional, and did a good job. They were also easy to schedule with and showed up on time.

It went well. However, Our house is 1700 sq ft and they were rushing at the end.

Professional Cleaning are very ambitious. They arrived on time and were well organized. They are hard workers and pay close attention to detail. The work was done very quickly and efficiantly. Wonderful, can't complement them enough! Anyone who uses them is making the right choice! All A's, well deserved!

They sent out 2 cleaners for 2 hours. They cleaned some specific things for me. I had them stay away from the plantation shutters, but they vacuumed, cleaned wood floors and showers. They were nice and easy to work with.

Danna was very responsive and accommodating. My original date changed due to the work being done in my home. Sh was able to reschedule and understood the reason for the delay. On the day of service, the crew arrived a little late, but Danna did inform me prior to arrival, with new estimated time. Crew was professional, thorough and helpful. ( I had a photographer arrive as they were trying to finish up. They were wonderful, wanting to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. My kitchen sink, shower and windows are sparkling like never before. My house looked great for pictures and will be ready for Open House, thank to Professional Cleaning.

They were on time and did an excellent job. I have hardwood floors throughout the house and 4 dogs. The floors were shinny and you could not tell there was a dog in the house. My home smelled nice and clean when they were done.

First of all , I was not there when services were performed but my 18 year old was there so that was my mistake.They did an excellent job but I wish I was home because I would have had them do more . I take partial blame for me being somewhat dissatisfied but I think for the amount of time they were at my townhouse they could have cleaned more. I was very impressed by the products they used to clean the stove and stainless steel . Also I have never seen my stove and microwave sparkle. Also, I have wood blinds in my kitchen and whoever cleaned the kitchen decided to wipe the blinds after they had cleaned so dirt was on the window ledge and also got on some of the clean dishes. I would probably use this company again but I would have to there .

They were, as always, on time or a little early, and there were 3 people - I believe one may have been being trained. The owner of this company personally trains each new person as I understand it. They, as always, asked what special cleaning I might want for this visit and performed beautifully with high quality work and professionalism at all times. I started using them many months ago with their Big Deal, and have been using them ever since. I highly recommend them and I am considered a "tough old bird" with very high standards - someone who is hard to please. They are flexible and will work with your schedule. I have been known to ask for a change of date within a week of my scheduled date and they have accommodated my schedule. I believe you cannot go wrong with them.

I signed up for a Big Deal offered by Professional Cleaning (4 hours for $85). I was contacted by Danna through the Angie's List message system and we scheduled an appointment that met my needs. I later had to change my appointment because of road maintenance on my street. The new appointment met my needs as well. Owen (team leader) and Sylvia arrived between noon and 1pm as scheduled. I walked them through the work to be done and provided instructions re: specific product use. Because I am particular and prefer a thorough job, I chose four rooms for cleaning including the kitchen and one bathroom. I have used other cleaning services and Professional Cleaning provided the best first visit I've ever experienced. The team was cheerful, pleasant and easy to work with. They paid attenion to detail. Cleaning the stove interior was included as part of the service. We have "hard" water stains and they did a great job of removing them. When I pointed out an area that needed additional work, they responded well. Professional Cleaning has cleaned my home three times now and their standards have remained high. They always arrive during the scheduled time frame. Other services have done a good job on the first visit, and on subsequent visits, the quality decreases. There was one scheduling problem that was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. My communications with Danna are always pleasant and professional. I will continue to use this service.
