Not worth paying by the hour. Provider was slow and did not finish the job. As a result, had to pay more for them to come back and finish cleaning.

They were very good, very quick and paid attention to details. However, they said they were outside the building waiting to get in and that they tried to get a hold of me but I had no missed calls. They also finished 20 minutes early (so, 40 minutes of man hours) which was disappointing because there was one more room to be cleaned.

It was a Big Deal purchase. The service turned out very well. There were no extra charges. They were very thorough.

They were very thorough. Cleaned as if a drill sergeant was to inspect it. Expected a good cleaning and received a great one.

I had nothing but good service and a fair price.

For almost a year, Danna and her team have provided excellent housecleaning services! Danna is ALWAYS FLEXIBLE with scheduling and COMPLETY UNDERSTANDING when I've had to change, cancel and reschedule last minute. Her team always has a smile and is extremely professional. They work well with our 3yr old rambunctious English Bulldog and have found a way to do a spotless clean in spite of his wanting to play with their supplies! We recently moved into a much larger home but the work was just as consistent and GOOD as before and the best part was our fee increase was minimal. There are so many choices for house cleaning in LA and we were lucky enough to find the best service out there!

It went very well. They showed up when they were supposed to and agreed to the tasks that we asked for (Dusted the whole house, cleaned bathrooms (2), and cleaned all of the floors

Olvi comes monthly with a helper and is very thorough and professional. He is polite and always asks if there is anything special needed that particular visit. The place is always clean and smells so fresh when he leaves.

The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the areas I asked them to work on. As the provider warns, it is a crew of two, so four hours of cleaning is two people working for two hours. But they work hard the whole time, and are very thorough.

I asked the service to pay special attention to the bathrooms and the kitchen. Those rooms were spotless upon completion. The two cleaning professionals washed cabinets, appliances, fixtures, and counters. They even made my stove look like new. In addition, they dusted all of the furniture and mouldings, vacuumed the carpet and area rugs, and washed all of the stone and wood floors. I will definitely use them again.

Arrived 20 mins early. I requested a deep cleaning and my apt was sparkling clean! I already referred them to my boyfriend and friends. I will definitely use their service again.

My wife had already cleaned up pretty well a couple of days before they came so most of the services they performed were useless. We wanted to have the inside of stove cleaned, the fridge shelves, dusting, the downstairs bathroom, dusting, wiped edges, picture frames etc. The fact of the matter is they only did what was already done, and didn't really do anything else. I complained to the company and they were very nice and said they would send two more people out to clean. We just haven't rescheduled. They were willing to come back out, I can't give them a bad review because they showed up on time and worked, and I cant give them a good review because their staff wasn't very good at what they were doing.

I moved into a rental townhouse where the landlord did a less than adequate job of making the place move-in condition. Since I was kept busy from the move and unpacking, I decided to purchase the deal for 4 hrs of cleaning for $89. I used to pay $80 for 6 hrs of cleaning each time to my cleaning lady so I was curious to see to what level of cleaning the crew would do. After reading the positive reviews, I decided to go ahead and hire the crew. The communication to set up the cleaning was easy and done through email only. Considering I just moved, it was nice to be able to communicate via email and still get quick replies. Two very hard working professionals showed up and worked throughout the two hours to get the bathroom and kitchen sparkling clean. The cleaning supplies were all provided by the crew--another plus for someone who was still unpacking and couldn't find the cleaning supplies. The crew did a great job and when finished asked me to see if everything was ok. The bathroom and kitchen was now bona fide move-in condition and I am very pleased with the results. I would most definitely recommend this company for anyone seeking for a professional cleaning company that can do a great job. I used my iphone to time the 2 hours and when the crew said they were done, my stopwatch said it was 1 hr and 48 mins. Although they did use the last 12 mins to mop the kitchen floor, I would have preferred the crew to ask me to check the work after the 2 hrs.

We had four skilled cleaners to do a very thorough cleaning. Our house desperately needed that. The team put in a total of 10 hours (all together), and their work was superb! They listened carefully and did every job I requested, and were thorough and careful in their work. I don't want to admit how long it's been since our house has been this clean, but now that we have the Professional Cleaning crew, it will stay that way. Nice people, careful and thorough.

2 of girls show up on time I told them what I wanted done.Which was all the baseboards, the wood blinds, dusting, wash walls in my dining room and livingroom which was painted brick.Kitchen and bathroons the floors. Also the refregerator I pull it out so they can clean the back. The girls did excellant job. Afterwards a guy came and clean my carpets which they came out real good. My husband and I are totally happy. I have also ask them to came out again....

Professional Cleaning made my home sparkle. They deep cleaned the two bathrooms including all plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and cabinetry. They vacuumed and dusted the bedrooms, swept and mopped the hardwood floors, de-greased the kitchen cabinets, cleaned all of the appliances, cleaned the inside of the oven and washed the floors. The team of two people worked quickly but thoroughly. They even fixed the shades on two of the light fixtures. They provided excellent service.

We were so pleased with the service provided by them. I had to arrange everything from San Diego were we live. Danna could not have been better keeping me informed and working with our timeline. The 2 ladies did an excellent job in a pretty less than ideal situation. The price was very reasonable for the amount of cleaning they had to do. I will definately hire them again.

The cleaners arrived somewhat on time and stayed for 6 hours (3 hours for 2 workers) and did an excellent job. Would definitely use them again.

It has turned out fine. We are satisfied and they are typically on-time. A different approach is needed to treat surfaces such as travertine flooring and engineered hardwood, which he have both of. We typically use a steam mop on these surfaces. In general, the teams that rotate are different and using the steam mop typically needs to be explained each time. They have been trustworthy and mindful of our property.

Everything went as expected. I found them to be one of the best! They cleaned windows, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, organized the mess!
