Professional Cleaning

These 2 workers were wonderful. For easy areas, I just said I need this cleaned and they did it thoroughly with no further directions. For specific areas, I gave particular instructions which they followed precisely. They were pleasant, cooperative, and fast workers. More got accomplished than I had thought could be done in the time, for which I am very grateful. They were very careful around my fragile items and they picked up after themselves completely. I could not be more pleased.

That turned out really great. They did a good job. There was no additional charge besides the $95 big deal. They did a very good job. They worked well together and did the job very professionally. The price was very reasonable. They were right on time. They worked well as a team.

Her customer service and what she did was horrible. She changed on what we agreed upon. I purchased some extra time but she sent someone extra. So she cut my time by sending an extra person that was not qualified, she was young and just starting. I paid for an extra hour and she cut it by 30 minutes because she sent an extra person and that was not what we had discussed. She said she thought if she sent another person it would cut the time. I wanted that extra time because I wanted to make sure everything was done so I paid for the extra time. I did not use her again and I won’t use her again. The cleaning people was nice and they did their job.

It went very well! They were very professional, and did whatever I asked of them to do without hesitation. They are lovely people. They actually called me ahead of time to inform me that they were going to be late due to traffic, I was very appreciative of that. I'm very picky about my housecleaning and they did a wonderful job. I would love to have them clean my house again!

Lilia and Mary were awesome. They arrived on time and went out of the way to make sure they were providing good service. The house looks amazing and smells great. Ive had other "professionals" clean my house and it left a residue of bleach and dirty mop smell. When Lilia and Mary left it smelled beautiful. I am very sensitive to different scents...asthma acts up with harsh odors. I barely felt that while they were here for the 2 hours. I am very happy and would love to have then over again. I am very picky and they did an amazing job.

Went great and continue to use them.

I found them on Angie’s List. They had to do a really hard job because they had to clean up my mess. I chose them because of their reputation. They looked like everybody liked them so I decided to go with them. I am really happy I did. I would tell the other members about their professionalism and the way I can talk to the management. I had a specific problem with an oven and they just got on top of it. They took care of it. My wife was really happy with that. I have no problems whatsoever. They are very flexible and that’s what I really like. In terms of quality, they took care of the business. They showed up on time. They came very professionally dressed so I can’t complain about that at all. I would use them again without a hesitation.

The service turned out very well. They did a good job and did what I wanted them to. I thought the price was a bit high as it was a team of two people for four hours. I am not sure if I would use them again due to the price.

I asked for service on a Thurs eve and needed it before in laws were to come the following Tuesday. It never happened - - the service and I could not connect over the weekend. I gave them two available times and they confirmed one by email but then (since it was on short time frame) they needed to reschedule. I hope to use in future but money I paid was not offered in return for the mishap.My credit card still charged for service not used. They seemed like a nice service but i would only use with a lot of advanced planning time.

While the price was good, communication was difficult with them and they were two hours early for the appointment. My son indicated one of the workers was good but slow. I would possibly use them again with the clarification that they send someone I could communicate with.

It was pretty good! I have had them three times now. The first time, the girls were on fire! The second time, the gals didn't have as much of an attention to detail. Today, I had two gals who were fine and handled some extras. They didn't go as far as they could have though. I am not unhappy though because I think they are very good. I will step in next time and make sure they don't miss important things like my glass table tops. They may not have used as much product as they could have too. I provided the products to use. I get good responses from management. Management is on top of things and the girls are very nice. I plan to use them again.

They did a good job the first two times I used them. May be they didn’t understand English very well, because they seemed to have a hard time understanding. The things that I pointed out, they semi-did those but I was really disappointed that time looked at all the floor boards and window sills; they didn’t do any of that. So I wasn’t very happy with that one. I send an email Danna an email about it and she did offer to send them back and have somebody do it right but that I was busy decorating and getting ready for a party. There were a lot of things that I wasn’t happy at the time especially after paying $160 plus giving a $20 for each person. If I had looked at the work before, I wouldn’t have tipped them because I always had tipped them way too much because I always felt like it was a lot of work. I liked them before. They cleaned some things but the main things that I wanted done, weren’t done. Danna is very nice and I am sure she would have made up for this time because she did offer to do it free of charge but I didn’t have the time. They were pretty good up until the last time. I think it depends on the crew, so I might give them another chance.

This is the best cleaning service we have used to date and will definitely use them again. They arrived early, were flexible in working within our busy schedules and did not cut any corners. They took pride in their work and care with our belongings.

They were good. There were no issues. There was no problem. They were on time. They were professional. There were no extra fees. They did it within the time allotted. Price was good.

My appointment time was set for 12pm-12:30pm. The crew showed up approximately 45 minutes early, as they were finished with my other property that was scheduled between 8am-9am. Normally, I wouldn't have mind, but I had to cut my errands short to run back home to meet them. When I arrived they were sitting on my porch waiting for me to arrive. I advised them right away, since they were early, that my son's room was occupied and wouldn't be available for 30 minutes. This didn't present a problem since they started with the bathrooms. Since this was their first time cleaning my house, I decided that I would work from home. Everything seemed to be going well. After 2 hours or so, I decided to take a trip to the store. When I left home, the kitchen, office, or living room were still in need of cleaning. After approximately 30 minutes, I returned home to find that the crew was just finishing up. I found this strange since I had only been gone for 30 mins. When I entered the house, one of the crew members was in the process of mopping my hardwood floors in the kitchen. Again, I thought this to be strange since I had only left 30 minutes ago. It should have taken them at least another hour and a half to finish my entire kitchen, living room and office. Once she finished, I paid her $200 and they were off. As I walked back up the porch steps leading into my home, I noticed dust from their vacuum cleaner all over the porch. Once inside the house, I noticed balls of wet dust all over my hardwood floors throughout the kitchen (apparently they didn't sweep before mopping). From there it went downhill! My 7-year-old daughter could have cleaned my kitchen better! Smudge prints were left on my refrigerator, my cooktop was barely wiped clean, the microwave still had dust on the top. My wooden kitchen table looked horrible and smelled as if they used WD-40 to polish it. My kitchen sink looked and smelled of the same. I won't even mention how bad my floors looked! I had to mop and polish them myself! To top it all off, they didn't even attempt to clean my son's room! After calling in to inform Donna, (the owner) she was very apologetic. She wanted to send the crew back to re-clean. I declined her offer and canceled future appointments that were scheduled for both properties.

The crew of 2 worked very hard for longer than the contracted time. The areas they cleaned were very very clean and they were careful with my belongings. I will definitely use them again. In fact, I think I will sign up for biweekly cleaning.

Fantastic job in the bathroom. They arrived almost an hour late but sent an additional employee to make up for the late arrival.

I called Professional Cleaning and spoke with Donna. She asked me what I was looking for and quoted me a price. We arranged a date and time. The crew arrived on time and introduced themselves. I showed them what I wanted done, they conferenced for a few moments and then began work immediately. No radio music, no chit chat, just competently performing their tasks. When the work was completed, Carmen called Donna. Donna asked to speak with me. She told me the price and asked if I had done a walk through with the crew. I told her I hadn't. Donna encouraged me to inspect the work because she wanted to be sure I was satisfied. Carmen and I walked through the condo and everything looked very good. I would definitely use this company again.

They did a pretty good job. They cleaned up really well. There were no additional costs. The quality is good.

It was a very rainy morning. I had expected providers to either cancel or be late, but right on the dot of appointed time, the provider's team turned up, all ready to go. Two people, for two hours each. One started on the first floor, the other on the second floor. Because they worked on time-basis, and I have a fairly large place they asked on where to concentrate. At the end of the day, they did a thorough job of cleaning the agreed areas. In the course of cleaning, they worked beyond their time by approximately15 minutes. Normally, they would have been due extra payment but their head office wrote that off. I was impressed by the pace and quality of their work. They get the home clean. they did a wonderful job for the price. I would have loved to extend and pay for an eight-hour cleaning, but that was not possible because the team had to get to another cleaning appointment. In all, I think they provide very good value for the money

They did a good job, pretty much did what needed to be done in 2 hours. They were a little late but I received a phone call telling me they would be so which was no problem. They were friendly and 1 person spoke English and translated to the others which was fine. They used their own supplies. They did a good job and would really like to have them back again.

had been using Professional Cleaning on a regular basis for a few months for house cleaning. Their first service was great. In fact, so great that I wrote a glowing review. Unfortunately, each subsequent visit got progressively worse. After one visit my husband and I came home to find our bathroom sink broken and the water running (gushing from the handle, which was disconnected from the base of the faucet). For the life of me, I still don't understand how that happened. I notified Danna and she offered to send Olvi (her crew supervisor) to fix it. Since my husband is an engineer and very handy with home repair projects, I declined her offer and we handled the repair ourselves. Plus, I didn't really understand the logic of letting someone who was in my home supposedly supervising the crew when the damage occurred to now be responsible for the repair. Anyway, we continued with bi-weekly cleaning services. There was one week when we were busy traveling and had to push back service a week. This resulted in three weeks between cleanings. I decided to do a little light vacuuming between visits and much to my surprise, my expensive Dyson upright vacuum cleaner did not work. I then got out my backup vacuum cleaner (a canister). The good news is that it worked. The bad news is that as soon as I turned it on there was a terrible musty smell. I opened up the canister and found the bag as well as the inside of the canister was wet? and it?s NOT a wet vac. Obviously, very disturbing since: - Professional Cleaning claims to use all of their own supplies and equipment. I wouldn?t have minded them using our vacuums, but it would have been nice for them to tell us and to use them properly. The canister is not a wet vac and it was clearly used to vacuum water. - I don?t know how they discovered the vacuums since they are located in a closet that is a little hidden and not an obvious place to look for cleaning supplies and equipment. It is near our master bedroom and intended as a spare closet for clothes. Makes me wonder if they rummaged through all of my closets ? which is a little creepy. I brought the vacuum cleaner situation to Danna?s attention immediately and she said she would remind the crew to use their equipment. She also offered to have Olvi come out and repair the broken Dyson. Again, that made absolutely no sense to me so I simply had my husband repair the Dyson and ate the cost ($95) for a vacuum repair shop in Walteria to fix the canister vac. The third and final straw was this: Leaving the downstairs front door to our house unlocked and the second story door WIDE OPEN after another visit. But wait ? there?s more: we found a big scratch on our hardwood floor from one of our big chairs being dragged out of the way to vacuum the area rug it was partially sitting on. We found similar damage to the wooden surface of our dining room table. A big scratch from where a crystal hurricane vase with a candle was apparently moved out of the way to dust. More disturbing than the damage was Danna?s response - which was initially denial (my crew couldn?t have done this?. It was you) - and then blame as she scolded us via voice mail for our expectations being too high. She only attempted to contact us once (the voice mail I referenced above). I contacted her multiple times since then, but received no reply. I guess she simply assumed she lost our business and, therefore, did not feel compelled to make things right with us. I think it?s worth noting that my husband and I are the only two people in our household. It?s really easy to assess damage since we have no kids or no other people in our house. It?s just the two of us and we travel for business almost non-stop. Bottom line: Shoddy, inconsistent cleaning (at best) and a high likelihood of property damage with absolutely no sense of responsibility on the part of the cleaners or business owners. I would be out of work tomorrow if I ran my business this way.

It was outstanding! They came 15 minutes before they were scheduled. I was impressed by their promptness because most companies will show up towards the very end of the window they give. They were so good. They followed directions well and were very dilligent. They did a great job! I would use them again and even called the company to see if I could see them on a monthly basis.
