I cannot recall a worse experience. My contractor gave me the amount of tile to purchase. Jack from Carpet One told me that was the wrong amount and remeasured. I came up short on tile. Carpet One's first response was to tell me I was wrong. Second response was to tell me it wasn't their faule. Third response told me there was nothing they could do. Made me wait 10 days for the additional tile. When the tile came in it was the wrong tile. Went through standard responses 1-3 again after which they delivered the correct tile for free within a week. Sure wish they'd done that the first time around! Wish I was done with this story. Carpet installers came up short on carpet. Repeat responses 1-3 from above. Installers came back the next day and used pieces to finish the closet. I was told that was how they planned the job or i would have had to buy 8 more feet of carpet...8 more feet...f.y.i. i never asked for one price or asked them to save on any step.
