Description of Work: We had an issue with leaking valves under our bathroom sink. They were able to come within a reasonable amount of time (2 days) and solve the problem. Their plumber was incredibly professional, organized and efficient. The price was totally fair and he gave me everything to expect up front with options. I couldn't have been happier. I have had several bad experiences with other plumbers in the past and I would definitely go to this company every time going forward.

Description of Work: The company was very responsive to our initial phone call. An appointment was made at which time we were provided with a window of time for the appointment. The representative arrived well within the time frame. He was professional and fixed the leaky shower. We were very pleased with the service and would use this company again, if needed.

Description of Work: Barnett rebuilt the inside of a toilet tank, re-piped under the kitchen sink, and installed a new pop-up in the master bath sink. They were very reasonably priced (and give additional discounts for each service performed on the same day), arrived on time, and were very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They repaired faucet and tub leaks and loose toilets identified in home inspection. They were professional and efficient. Description of Work: They replaced my shower valve and moved my shower drain while the wall and floors were open. They also replaced the valves on the 2 sinks and toilet. I was a little surprised that the plumber who came out to do the job didn't know what needed to be done, but after a few phone calls from me, his office and my contractor he did the right thing. His work looked like quality work to me, but we have yet to run water through any of it.

Description of Work: I called them for a broken pipe inside the wall. BUT the neighbor fixed it before I got there. Josh arrived @ the same time as us. Asked what the neighbor had done and asked him questions about it. Josh was extremely helpful and said there was no charge because it was to be an estimate only. I sure would call them for services in the future!

Description of Work: Very professional. Arrived on time in a clean, large, fully equipped van. Listened to my problem, then evaluated himself and consulted me on his findings before proceeding. Did not do or recommend extraneous procedures, and made an effort to work within the constraints of my budget. Noted recommendations for future improvements on the work order for my reference.  + -1 moreFor a year our kitchen faucet would not run cold water. This was after we had had new pipes installed by another company. I looked on Angie's list and saw that Barnett Plumbing was rated highly, so I e-mailed them, specifying that this was not an emergency. Phil Barnett called back within a day, and went to some considerable effort to schedule an appointment for me that same day that did not conflict with my work. They gave me a call about twenty minutes before they arrived, and then arrived exactly when they said they would. They were in company shirts and handed me a business card before waiting for me to invite them in. As a woman at home alone, this made me feel much more secure. Phil Barnett examined underneath the sink, and diagnosed the problem correctly in about three minutes. He then fixed it perfectly. I was astounded. (1) To figure out the problem so intuitively, and (2) then to fix it so quickly--this plumber is clearly not motivated by the clock, but by his own personal reputation. He could have stayed here for hours, fixing things, and I would never have known the difference. Instead, by doing the job in not only a super-workmanlike, but also super-honest manner, he earned my most enthusiastic recommendation, which is why I'm here, typing, only a few minutes after they left. I would definitely hire him again, and will recommend him to all of my friends.
Description of Work: We had not been able to get cold water out of our kitchen faucet for a year--only hot. My husband looked at it and said it was too complicated for him, so we called Phil Barnett. He solved the problem perfectly, and in record time.

 + -1 moreWhen we discovered a wet wall, we called Barnett plumbing. An appointment was made and Phil Barnett and another plumber showed up in the agreed on time window. The problem was found quickly. A copper pipe had corroded over time and finally failed. The pipe was replaced in a short time at a very reasonable price. The work was done professionally and the site cleaned up. We have used this plumber in the past for a variety of plumbing jobs and have always been happy with the work. We will call on them again in the future when we need plumbing repairs or installation.
