Honesty about the problem

I paid this man to repair my lights that outline my rocks/plants in my backyard. I was charged $130 and the lights worked for 4 nights only. I called him to inform him about the issue. He assured me that if I replace the switch box not only would he install the box, but he's also reimburse me. It's been over 3 weeks and I have t heard anything from him. This is very bad business not to mention I'm out of $130 and my problem is still not solved. I will never use this company again, this is terrible service.
