Dry Express Restoration

In state of high anxiety, called Angie's List to get referral to an A-rated flood repair company in North County that would respond immediately. Concerned that any delay would cause mold to set in. Given 1-2 choices to call, but no companies close by. Called Express Restoration probably 6:30 am-7:00 am which answered and said they would send help as soon as possible. I was beside myself waiting until approximately 8:30 am for its representative to come. After telling me it would cost approximately $800.00 to dry everything out, he put in a call for 2 guys to come right away to set up drying equipment. He reassured me that everything would dry out without causing permanent damage to the carpet, cabinets and cupboards. To my recollection, 3 drying machines were on continuously for 2 days and 1 drying machine stayed on for an extra day. The outer wall of the second bathroom cabinet(made of maple wood) is slightly convex, which they pointed out to me which I have to live with. When the representative came to collect payment, I was grateful when he told me the owner had OK'd the $800.00 initially quoted even though it should/could have been substantially more due to the actual work involved to repair the damage.

They did an awesome job and turned our disaster ( totally flooded home) around to completely repair our home better than it was. These guys were trustworthy and did a great job! I was extremely pleased. They came everyday to check. Every single day for four days they came every morning promptly at 9:00 and check the equipment and then for the last day they used their expertise to put everything back together again. The only damage that I have is like one panel of the side. I was really grateful. I would use them again in the future.

We called him in the morning, he showed up that afternoon.  He stated one price on the phone but when he was shown the job, he charged less.  He was very nice, helpful and I would definitely hire him again.

I had a new apartment built as an addition on my house, and right before the tenant was supposed to move in we noticed a decent amount of water had spilled on the carpet in the bedroom. Mold was forming as well so I gave Micah at Dry Express (friend gave me his number) a call to see if he could help. Called Saturday afternoon and his guys were out the next day. They told us the carpet was no good and ripped it out, then put in the machines to dry the place out. It took a couple of days to dry out, but we ended up getting our tentant in just in time. All in all everything went smooth and Micah and his crew were very responsive and professional. I'll definitely use them again and I'd definitely recommend!
