I broke a spring on my garage door in the evening of 2/26/13. This trapped my car inside because I couldn't move the door. I called Michelle at Easy Open Door Company the morning of 2/27/13 and she told me that Randy could stop by that afternoon to do the work. Randy came exactly when promised and completed the repair so the door works better than when it was new. The cost was very reasonable, his work professional, and I highly recommend this company.

I chose them because of the number of rating they have and how recent were their reviews. I called at 11AM to ask for a quote and they told me how much everything would cost (no hidden fees or anything like that). I really liked how straight forward they were with me on the phone. Since I had a Angie's list coupon, I asked them to come over as soon as possible. Within an hour and 45 minutes Randy, the technician, was here. Randy was very professional and polite. He completed the work in 30 minutes, which I really appreciate because I had lots of things to take care of in the afternoon. Easy Open Door Company, Inc. is a great company and I will surely do business with them again. Additionally, I will certainly recommend them to everyone who needs their garage fixed. ------ This is an updated review: I called and explained to them what the issue was, and they thought that maybe the springs they replaced needed to be adjusted. When Randy got here, he asked me a couple of questions and determined that the issue was probably the door sensors. Even though he didn't work on the sensors the last time was here, he went ahead and adjusted them for us free of charge. He also fixed the garage opener on the wall for free. I asked a couple of times if we owed him anything for the work, and he insisted that there was no charge for the work. Our garage door is functioning perfectly again and Easy Open Door Company Inc. certainly has a new costumer for life. :) Thanks guys!

They fixed an issue I was having. They put new tubing on the side of it. They were good and it worked.

Excellent service from every facet. From the initial phone call to the completed task, everything was done in a professional and organized manner.

Very pleased with tune-up service which took about 20 minutes.

Troy came to show me the products and provide suggestions based on my needs. Decided on a Clopay Premium duoblesided steel door in a new tan color for 2012. He explained that it would take 2-3 weeks to special order that color - fine. We also descussed the garage door opener models. I chose the top of the line LiftMaster with belt drive (quiet), battery backup (no SDGE), and myQ remote access technology (way cool!). Troy then mentioned that this model would only work with newer 2012-13 model Homelink remotes typically found in cars. That was OK as I had just purchased a new car that was housed in the garage. He was right though as my older car does not operate this opener. The installer came out in three weeks and in a couple of hours had the job done. He made adjustments and lubricated the parts and recommended to use silicone lube when needed. Took the old door and opener away and was gone. After close inspection I noticed that the door was about 1/2 inch offset left of center, not enough to affect operation or sealing of the closed door, but enough to my perfectionist eye to take note. I did not call or complain as it is only asthetic to me.

I had called a different company the day before to fix my garage door they had said they would be there at a certain time and that did not happen. The next day I decided to try Angie's list to see if I could find a reliably company. I had called the easy open door company the girl on the line was very helpful and was able to squeezed me in that day. When the technician got there he fixed the door and serviced it in about 30 minutes. I would without hesitation use this company again.

It has never operated better. It seem to be better that the first installer left it. The service man was very knowledgeable. I would use them again and have recommended them to others.

EasyOpenDoor Company arrived when they said they would. I had complained of excessive noise when opening and closing the two garage doors. EasyOpen examined, tuned up and lubed both doors. They advised that the pressure for the door springs had maxed out.

The woman who answered my initial phone call was extremely knowledgeable - almost knew what the problem was from my over-the-phone description. Very professional too. Set up the appointment, told me who would be out and that we would receive a call when they were on their way, within a 2-hour timeframe. All happened as scheduled. Excellent communications and professionalism. We plan to have them return to do some recommended maintenance on the door.

Troy's patience and politeness spoke volumes of Easy Open Door Company. Troy apparently had a rough day, and made it in the last five minutes of the two hour window. Thankfully, I spoke to the store and they informed he would be running late...but was still on time. Troy called when he was on his way (great idea). The bottom seal on my Wayne Dalton garage door was not easy....I know because I tried to fix it myself. Typically an easy job, but it turns out my assistance was needed. I was glad to help and learn. He finished the visit lubing and fixing all the hinges on both my garage doors and replacing a squeaky roller.

The work was great. I have no complaints at all and the door is still working. The price was excellent, good results.

Technician arrived on time, made repairs and adjustments quickly, very polite and professional. Door was working flawlessly when he left.

We bought a deal from Angie's list for a garage door tune-up and inspection for $54. Our garage door opener was not functioning when we moved in to the house in 2008, and we simply did not make getting it repaired a priority. I figured the company could tell us what was wrong with it and charge us another $100 or more to fix it. Boy was I wrong. This serviceman who came to our home was very professional, punctual and went straight to work diagnosing and repairing our garage door for no extra fee outside of what we paid for our Angie's List deal. Although it was a simple repair and did not take long, I really appreciated not being gouged for a service simply because I was unable to do it myself. He also let us know what additional repairs we might need, but assured us it would be several years and was not urgent. I was shockedat his honesty. If and when I do need repairs, I will definitely be using this upstanding company again.

The service was needed on Monday, however the first available appointment was on Tuesday. The Serviceman arrived on-time, at the beginning of the time range estimate I had been given. The repairman was polite, well-mannered, courteous, and did an excellent job. He was professional, and organized. I would call them again for service, and wold recommend the company.

The owner came out with very little notice to provide a quote. A couple came out 2 days after the quote as planned and did a beautiful job installing our garage door. The spent some time with me showing me how to maintain it and work it. I was very, very pleased. we added some beyond standard features and are glad we did. The heavier door prevents the garage from heating up as much on the hot days, and the windows let in a lot more light than I expected during the day. The cost was in line with what others charge. I gave it a "b" simply because an "a" would mean less than others. I was happy to spend what I did to work with this company and get the quality product and installation. Thanks!

I was quite happy with the service. The technician took the time to show me how to lubricate the door myself and even left a complimentary can of lubricant for me.
