Nigel Hoyt of Your Chimney Sweeps was prompt, professional and efficient. He checked the damper, explained the reason for it to remain open and fixed the problem to ensure it remained open should it inadvertently get closed. Also charged exactly what he said it would be. $69.00 and $15.00 for part. Also put in a longer screw to ensure it remained open per regulation. I would highly recommend Nigel to my family and friends.

This company made a 25 year old fireplace look brand new. I was very pleased with the look.

Not very friendly or informative. Tried to upsell a ton at the end. Got my chimney cleaned, but I?m not super satisfied with the whole experience.

They were initially very awkward when they approached my door, and didn’t say much. I had never had my chimney cleaned before so I didn’t know what to expect. I would just have appreciated a friendly greeting and a run-down of what was about to happen, etc. They tried to sell a lot at the end of course, which is their job, but it was just done poorly. The cleaning went well (I think?) and took about 40 minutes.

Ariel and his helper came to the house very professional and checked out my chimney and let me know what needed to be done. The prep job before they started the cleaning was excellent and they did a great job cleaning and repairing the chimney. Very happy with the outcome.

Very polite and professional crew who did tell us about some problems we had with the chimney but told me their costs to fix them while I called our HOA to see if the chimney was covered. No hard sells. Clean work, no dirt or dust left behind. Even went back up on the roof to take pictures for our HOA to show what damages they were describing. We'll have them back.

Through prompt arrival, attention to detail, obvious experience, understanding of my concerns, thorough inspection, and thoughtful advice, a cleaning, repair of gas line, vents and chimney topper were completed in a matter of a few hours. Given the type of work, considered suggestions and quality of work done, I will certainly call Chimney Sweeps, Inc. for any future questions or problems, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
