This company was by far the lowest cost and they did great work. Frank the owner came over and looked at my situation the day before. Frank knows garage doors and did not try to sell me anything extra. His son did the work and was neat and clean. Of note they had to get a special spring so they could use my hardware in-place. This was important since my garage is painted and so moving hardware would leave a unpainted location. They noticed and accommodated for the same price.

Not Professional. 31 years of experience has made them complacent.

I called in the morning to have my door repaired, and they offered to come out that afternoon. They also gave me the price over the phone. The repairman showed up promptly. It took him about 40 minutes to replace both springs. The door now operates perfectly. Price quoted was the actual price.

My overall experience with Alicia Garage Doors was excellent. Mr. Bullard, the owner was at my house within ninety minutes of my call requesting repair to my garage door. He evaluated the problem quickly and completed repairs in approximately one hour. He was courteous and efficient throughout the job.

The owner of Alicia Garage Doors came out himself and checked it. He was able to fix the door by tightening down a spring and it now works properly.

I called for an appointment and estimate of cost. Frank Bullard gave me a fixed price quote and stated he could replace the springs later in the day and would call between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm with an arrival time. He called shortly before 3:00 pm and said he could be on site in 15 minutes. He arrived promptly and replaced the springs, inspected the door, hinges and opener. Afterward he showed me how much smoother and balanced the door was. Life was good again. He was clean, courteous and professional. A very calm and pleasant, gentle man. He left me a really cool promotional ink pen along with his card.

They got the job done and they seem to be conscientious about it. They came on time and got the job done quickly. They were professional and friendly as well.

Showed up on time completed work in two hours including cleaning and adjusting new door.

I got several estimates, and Frank's was very competitive. I also liked the fact that he's local. He pointed out a potential installation problem and proposed a good solution. After I chose Alicia Garage Doors for the job, Frank came back out and helped me decide on options for the door. We then scheduled the installation, which was completed on the scheduled day. He also told me to call him once a year for a maintenance visit. After one year, the door was getting pretty noisy, so I called him up. He came out within a week and inspected and lubed the door, at no charge!

IT WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT I COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT MYSELF, SO IT WAS WORTH IT. THEY CAME RIGHT OVER AS SOON AS I CALLED. THEY WERE REALLY FAST.
