Description of Work: After cleaning by Beacon, my carpet had a strong chemical odor - I actually was feeling ill. Beacon said they would send someone over to "check it out" but that I would be charged for anything they did to remedy the situation. They already cost 2x the amount of my other carpet cleaning company, so I feel this charge is unwarranted. I want Beacon to come and remove the chemical odor with no additional charge.

Description of Work: We bought the service to prepare our house for sale but have since changed our mind, so service is no longer needed at this time. Ken came out and gave us an estimate. Description of Work: Beacon cleaned an 8x10 Karastan area rug for me . It was REALLY dirty. Not stains, but overall dirt from foot traffic and more than 4 years of storage in the garage. The garage time included about 6 months while my whole house was being remodeled and the contractor did all if his work in the garage! They did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them.

We do a double extraction - twice the industry standard - to ensure maximum soil and spot removal. We also pay a premium to use products that have been tested and certified by the CRI to be superior in effectiveness and safety. Finally, our lead technicians have over 10 years of experience, so your carpet is cared for by someone with the proper education and training. All that being said, we do guarantee our work. If a non-urine spot is removed during the cleaning but resurfaces within 30 days, we'd be happy to come back out at no charge to you.
