Description of Work: ServiceFirst responded very quickly to my call after my place had been wet for two weeks (from a leaking pipe) when a previous company had done little to nothing. They were responsive, professional and dried out my place in a few days! Only issue was the plastic put up that helped to contain the heat fell which heated up the place really, really hot. Overall they were great, especially after a bad experience from a previous company.

Description of Work: I contacted the company for an estimate and told me how tier service would be viewed by the insurance company. I ended up not hiring them because they explained everything so well with how the insurance would work and what they would cover. They informed me it would end up costing me way too much on my own if I went with them to have what I needed done. I really appreciated their honesty and help.

Description of Work: I hired the company to replaced my water damaged hardwood floor. They gave me an estimate for the restoration. I decided to pick out the hardwood I wanted at the pricing I wanted. The quote was not clearly written up and was hard to understand. It took me about 6 weeks to get the estimate clear. I would not recommend this company.

The sub-contractors for the painting, drying, carpet replacing and cleaning were the best... they did a great job and the place looks much better than it did before the event. I was very pleased... they didn't hurry, but took their time and did it right.
Description of Work: Bathroom upstairs flooded: carpeting, wall boards, upstairs and downstairs were flooded. Required drying and removing carpet pad, wall board in some areas, repainting, new padding, replacement of wall boards, drying and re-installing existing carpets, painting several areas, and carpet cleaning.

 + -1 moreDue to a water issue on the second floor, we required drying to be performed on the second floor as well as through the ceiling from the first floor. The team was very prompt once we called. A rep came out to look at the damage and the crew was out that evening with the gear, which is good since you have to move fast with water damage. The foreman Robert was a great guy. Very knowledgeable, honest, and responsible. His team moved quickly and were able to get us completely dry after two days running fans and dehumidifiers. We were very pleased with the results and were glad they were able to work our house. We would definitely use them again. That said, we thought the price was pretty high, and since we were in a time sensitive situation, we did not shop around. I am not sure how they would compare with others.
Description of Work: Removed second floor carpet pads, removed section of first floor ceiling, provided fans and dehumidifiers.
