Though the first iteration did not look good, they came back a few times until it was PERFECT .. for free and did some extra work (included)!! BEST customer service, the guys are really nice and I would definitely use them again .

The crew was really prompt and clean. (they put down a path of paper to walk on and always had shoe covers. ) After samples were taken, they set up the special fans which ran for 3 days. Mold gone: verified. Sent sample to outside company .This was my choice to have it verified.(additional fee I agreed to) Now the repairs crew comes and fixes everything . They did a great job. I was very pleased with everyone I met. My cost listed is for the initial mold testing and abatement only. I chose to have the final verification thru an independent company and the repairs(dry wall, etc.) which were done by the Service First Company. Those costs were separate.

We got our beautiful kitchen back and were very happy with the work done.

I ran into a few snags with ServiceFirst when they sent one of their service people out to my residence for an in home evaluation. I had accidentally flooded my kitchen. The service person seemed new and a little nervous and uninformed but a nice young man. Things did not go well at first and I would not have been able to give a good rating much less an "A" grade but I must say, they really turned it around. The owner and his employees went above and beyond in customer service and everything turned out well for me. I am happy to say I would use this company again in the future and I recommend their services. I have been a homeowner for many years and have learned customer service is very valuable when seeking services for such things as home repair/damage. A sincere thank you to Christopher and your team for coming through in a big way.

.For the most part the company was professional and proficient. Treatment of the the water damage was faster than repairing it. The workmen they sent were capable. There were a few communication snags involving when people would show up and involving billing and coordination with insurance, but all were easily resolved.

They came out 2 days before Thanksgiving (same day as the call - AWESOME). I am waiting for the quote in writing. Someone from the office calls that following Monday wanting to know if we are going to move forward. I asked for the quote and she said they don't do that. The guys should have told you what was included onsite. WHAT? Yes, but I would like to understand what the $3k would cover and where we could run into issues and additional costs so I can budget. She said they don't do that. I told her other companies do and she reiterated they don't. EPIC FAIL, I pass. 2 other companies also came out. I received estimate from them outlining what is standard and where the issues may increase costs. ServiceFirst is not typical and I would not recommend any work being performed without a contract.

They were exceptionally courteous and professional. They enclosed the area in plastic to concentrate the air flow. When the plastic came partially down, they immediately came out and fixed it. All in all a great experience and I wish we had used them to perform the repairs as our current contractor still hasn't finished the work.

Each service first employee involved in varying aspects of the process were extremely punctual, calling me before each appointment to let me know they were on their way. They all provided their business cards and always followed up with me. I hope my washer does not have this issue again, but if it does, I am happy to know that service first is available.

Called and had someone at the house that afternoon. I was provided some information on how to temporarily seal up the area around the door were the water was coming in. The next day the team came to open up the walls and setup dryers. After 4 days the area was dried out and equipment picked up. since all of this happened over the holidays the repairs were split over two days. Freddie came and patched up the holes in the wall and reapplied texture. The next session he replaced the molding, baseboards, primered and painted. Doesn't sound like much be he did an excellent job. Everything lines up and matches perfectly. I am picky and i can't tell where the work was done. Freddie was very professional, told me exactly what he was doing and made sure I didn't have any questions. I would definitely recommend service first restoration and Freddie Preciado.

Based on the number of reviews, I thought ServiceFirst Restoration was a reputable company, but I was wrong. The project manager apologized for misinforming about the scope of work and schedule. They let a couple of workers who barely speak or understand English to work in a fully enclosed area. At the end of the day, the project manager told me the project was done. Lacking of confidence, I asked him to come out and check on the project. He asked me why I was not happy about it. I said I would like him to verify whether the work had done properly. He said since the work were less than forecast hours, I would not need to pay the full price. Once I got home from work, I saw the wood still wet. Unhappy, I called him. A few days later, he came to inspect and realized that the work had not been done properly. He apologized and had another guy to put fan to dry off wood for a few more days. At the end, he charged me the full price.

The only reason why it took that long is because they had to order new bamboo flooring for me. They were very good at cleaning up after themselves and were punctual. The project manager Steven Brown was very good. I really appreciated their work. I had no problem getting in touch with them when I needed or scheduling the service. They came recommended by my insurance company and came out the day after I called them. I would highly recommend this company to others and thought their pricing was very reasonable.

They did an excellent job. A couple of technicians came out for the estimate. They did a very thorough job and got back to us quickly with the estimate. We chose a different company only because of pricing. They were very accommodating and scheduling was very easy.

Devin found that there was no mold in the attic. He explained that there is something called "lumber mold" which is a nonliving mold and nothing to be concerned about. I was relieved to hear this, and I found Devin and Christian who I also dealt with to be very professional and ethical.

Providers personal conducted themselves in a professional manner at all times. All actions were explained to me in advance as well as an honest estimate of my costs. Being a combat decorated disabled Vietnam Veteran was recognized by the provider by giving me an additional discount on there work. They were good. They were fast and the foreman was a cool guy and we talked a little bit. It was a pretty great stuff.

We chose a different company to do the work but would certainly get an estimate from ServiceFirst if we have a similar problem in the future.
