Though the first iteration did not look good, they came back a few times until it was PERFECT .. for free and did some extra work (included)!! BEST customer service, the guys are really nice and I would definitely use them again .

The crew was really prompt and clean. (they put down a path of paper to walk on and always had shoe covers. ) After samples were taken, they set up the special fans which ran for 3 days. Mold gone: verified. Sent sample to outside company .This was my choice to have it verified.(additional fee I agreed to) Now the repairs crew comes and fixes everything . They did a great job. I was very pleased with everyone I met. My cost listed is for the initial mold testing and abatement only. I chose to have the final verification thru an independent company and the repairs(dry wall, etc.) which were done by the Service First Company. Those costs were separate.

I ran into a few snags with ServiceFirst when they sent one of their service people out to my residence for an in home evaluation. I had accidentally flooded my kitchen. The service person seemed new and a little nervous and uninformed but a nice young man. Things did not go well at first and I would not have been able to give a good rating much less an "A" grade but I must say, they really turned it around. The owner and his employees went above and beyond in customer service and everything turned out well for me. I am happy to say I would use this company again in the future and I recommend their services. I have been a homeowner for many years and have learned customer service is very valuable when seeking services for such things as home repair/damage. A sincere thank you to Christopher and your team for coming through in a big way.

.For the most part the company was professional and proficient. Treatment of the the water damage was faster than repairing it. The workmen they sent were capable. There were a few communication snags involving when people would show up and involving billing and coordination with insurance, but all were easily resolved.

They were exceptionally courteous and professional. They enclosed the area in plastic to concentrate the air flow. When the plastic came partially down, they immediately came out and fixed it. All in all a great experience and I wish we had used them to perform the repairs as our current contractor still hasn't finished the work.

Each service first employee involved in varying aspects of the process were extremely punctual, calling me before each appointment to let me know they were on their way. They all provided their business cards and always followed up with me. I hope my washer does not have this issue again, but if it does, I am happy to know that service first is available.

Called and had someone at the house that afternoon. I was provided some information on how to temporarily seal up the area around the door were the water was coming in. The next day the team came to open up the walls and setup dryers. After 4 days the area was dried out and equipment picked up. since all of this happened over the holidays the repairs were split over two days. Freddie came and patched up the holes in the wall and reapplied texture. The next session he replaced the molding, baseboards, primered and painted. Doesn't sound like much be he did an excellent job. Everything lines up and matches perfectly. I am picky and i can't tell where the work was done. Freddie was very professional, told me exactly what he was doing and made sure I didn't have any questions. I would definitely recommend service first restoration and Freddie Preciado.

Based on the number of reviews, I thought ServiceFirst Restoration was a reputable company, but I was wrong. The project manager apologized for misinforming about the scope of work and schedule. They let a couple of workers who barely speak or understand English to work in a fully enclosed area. At the end of the day, the project manager told me the project was done. Lacking of confidence, I asked him to come out and check on the project. He asked me why I was not happy about it. I said I would like him to verify whether the work had done properly. He said since the work were less than forecast hours, I would not need to pay the full price.
Once I got home from work, I saw the wood still wet. Unhappy, I called him.
A few days later, he came to inspect and realized that the work had not been done properly. He apologized and had another guy to put fan to dry off wood for a few more days.
At the end, he charged me the full price.

The service went well. Two technicians came out. One did the inspection and the other brought the equipment. It took about 24 hours for the job to be completed. The staff was professional and scheduling was easy.

The service went great. Two technicians came out and completed the job in 2 days. They spent 1 day drying out the area and the other day on the repairs. They were very experience and did a good job. I have referred the company to others. The manager contacted me to follow up and scheduling was easy.
