Jay was excellent. He was very innovative and creative in solving our problem which was quite a challenge. The job required a lot of very tedious manual labor, and he did a great job. He came back several times to make sure the problem was completely fixed. This repair saves us from completely redoing our bathroom shower. Jay was very courteous and explained the problem, the various options and what he was doing. Cathleen who helped Jay had a very good personality, very conscientious and diligent.

For the past 7 to 8 years we have had our shower flower cleaned and restored. But it never worked. We still have mold, and grout lifting on the floor. This time I was determined to find the best. And Jay is the best. He talked to us, and made us understand what was happening with our shower floor. He gave us what I thought was a fair estimate. And after interviewing two other contractors I knew that Jay was the man we wanted for the job. He did not over sell us, or upsell us. He was just honest. I trusted him enough to say, let's not patch the floor anymore, let's replace the floor. He took the time to tell us all that would be involved and the time it would take. For the first time our shower is perfect. It not only looks great, but now the floor is even. We are not finished with him because there are always projects around our house. Next up will be the cleaning and polishing of our granite countertops. I was very impressed by Jay's knowledge and expertise in his craft, along with his strong work ethic. He was on time for both the bid and the job which is a huge indicator for me. He also checked in frequently during the job with updates on his findings so there were no surprises at its completion. Kat is very handy and skilled, and right at Jay's side the entirety of the job. I appreciated her work ethic as well, and the flow between the two. They are extremely professional, yet personable.
