Jay and Mark were awesome ! they were very professional from the beginning. Jay explained everything to me in detail of what needed to be done to my floors. Both men were very clean and left everything looking brand new ! i will definitely be recommending them

At first I was concerned as he showed up 45 min late for a quote, however I was given a discount due to this. The job done was FANTASTIC! My tiles look brand new and I don’t think they were ever cleaned since they were placed in ‘07!

Jay is very conscientious and strives to do a good job. He is very thorough and pays attention to your instructions/wishes. He did a fantastic job refinishing our shower floor which is made with rock tiles. And, he cleaned and polished the marble counters in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Jay at Mosaic was amazing. I had tried several other companies to come by and give me solutions and quotes regrading our bathroom tile and he delivered beyond our expectations. In an industry were people are inconsistent and don't do what they say, Jay made me realize that there are still very competent and professional people in the trade. The job was supposed to be a one day affair but because Jay is such a perfectionist, he landed up coming back the next day and worked around the clock to ensure that the project looked nothing short of perfect. We are really grateful that we found Mosaic. I strongly recommend his service and his company!

Jay was professional and personable. He got the job done quickly with a lot of care to address our specific situation, not trying to sell us more work than we wanted but giving good value to do what we asked. If there was any room for improvement it would be in the area of describing our responsibilities in maintaining clean grout in our showers. His explanation was a little hard to follow but he did take the time to write out the instructions for us which was very helpful. Excellent customer service!
