Jay and Mark were very professional and the tiles were replaced and the grout was added. The tile base board looks just like new. Jay went the extra mile to seal an area next to the tile to make sure it looked good.

I am very pleased with both Jay and Mark and their work ethic. They listened to my concerns and went "the extra mile" to ensure my satisfaction. They cleaned my tile and sealed the grout. My floor finally looks good again.

Had grout replaced in a large area; Jay and his co-worker were on time, accommodating and did excellent work. There was dust though -- when he said there would not be. Long-term I would redo with him but would plan more time to dust house afterward.

Jay, the owner, and Mark were very courteous. They completed the job within the time they promised. The price was reasonable. They did an excellent job repairing a few cracked shower tiles and restoring all the grout and caulk in the shower to make it look almost like new again.

I called Mosaic out for an estimate. They arrived on time, then hired for the job. Mosaic returned the following week as scheduled. They repaired and resealed the grout in our shower. If you need tile and grout repair, Mosaic does a good job at a fair price. They arrived on time, friendly, and they explained the process of the repair with a written estimate.

He gave us many options for polishing our marble in our two bathrooms and his prices were very reasonable. He is very professional , showed up on time and work was perfect . He not only polished our hard water, damaged marble but made it look brand new.
