We took our computer to Larry in hopes of a screen repair. Unfortunately Larry worked very hard, and found out that our computer was not repairable. He offered to give us a loaner laptop while he worked on our laptop. He then helped us choose a new laptop, and then offered to help us transfer all of our information. He made sure the job was completed. He went above and beyond our expectation to help us with our situation. The response time via text, phone, and email was timely!! I would highly recommend this company for any computer services!!

On time - very professional and competitively priced

I brought my MacBook Air here to get looked at after I spilled water on it. They charged me $75 just to look at the computer. I called Anita a week later to see what happened with it because she ignored my several emails following up. She tells me the motherboard is damaged beyond repair. Recommends a place for me to buy a new one. I say ok, I am sad but not shocked - I go buy a replacement laptop. I ask when can I pick up the damaged one - no response. This is when things get very fishy. Two days later she TEXTS me that she thinks Larry CAN fix the issue and they need more time. I have already bought a brand new $1500 laptop at this point by her own recommendation. I am wondering what?s going on? If the motherboard was the issue, how are you now able to fix it? There is clearly a breakdown in communication between Larry and Anita. I call in my parents at this point because it is obvious by the unprofessional behavior they are not taking me seriously and seem to be scamming to keep my laptop. My dad tells him to go ahead with the repair then. Another week later still no word (this had been 3 weeks since I dropped off my laptop). I call Anita myself - where are we on this repair? She does not know, has to talk to Larry. Calls me back a day later - surprise: Larry can not fix it. I say great I am coming to pick it up. She says it is not ready for pick up it is in pieces all over the place. (??) At this point I am pretty sure he is mining my laptop for parts. Why would I not be able to come same day and pick it up? Everyone?s home - it is the middle of quarantine. AND it?s been nearly a month since I left it with them!!! It is not like they need time to ?fix? it more. She says come tomorrow. I go next day, she leaves my laptop in a SANDWICH PLASTIC BAG on her front porch. Does not even bother to come outside to explain or apologize. I wish I could upload my pic on here but I will try to explain what my poor laptop looked like after this disaster. The entire back of the laptop: completely open, cover missing entirely from the bag. Pieces pulled up and out, sticking every which way coming out of the back. All completely exposed. It was heartbreaking to see honestly how badly I was lied to, when perhaps I could have saved the computer and myself the $1500 for a new laptop just by taking it elsewhere. WORST experience ever. Do NOT hire these so-called pros. I have never dealt with such unprofessional. business owners? in my life. I put business owners in quotes because this is only a side gig for them. Larry has another full-time job and apparently likes to mess with computers on the side. I joked with my parents - maybe he steals parts from everyone and is building some sort of supercomputer or robot in his garage in his free time. Overall huge waste of my time effort and energy. Oh yeah - and I paid $75 for that. I could have just smashed it with a hammer and saved myself the money and stress.
