Very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent customer service behavior. Understands the proper care and maintenance of stone and tile products. The shower floor grout was stained by mineral spirits (subcontractors) builder during construction. Sealing the grout lines with a colored grout sealer was only way to cosmetically correct the visual look. The original color sealant was guaranteed for five years - it lasted 10 years. We were not able use the first vendor to reapply the color sealant - they went out of business. After a lengthy search we found "HARD ROCK Pros". Clinton repaired the grout along the walls and corners and resealed the grout lines. We had some areas where the mineral spirits in the grout was interfering with new grout sealant. Clinton returned at no additional charge to address the problem, including removing sections of the existing grout and replacing it with new grout, then reapplying the color sealant. Clinton stood 100% behind his work.
Description of Work: Repaired grout and resealed master bathroom shower grout with color sealant.
