First of all, we received a phone call from Best Ways only 10 minutes after completing our request on Home Advisor. They were willing to come out the same week to help us with our sprinkler problem. Joe is very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took time to assess how our whole sprinkler system was running after the broken pipe was fixed, and helped us reset the timer to be more efficient and effective. Weâ re very pleased with the service!

Chris scheduled an appointment to repair my sprinkler valves the next day. He was very professional and updated his arrival since he was running a little late. I showed him the leaking valves and he immediately saw the solution. He replumbed three valves and found another broken pipe which he also repaired. I would not heditate to call Chris for any kind of plumbing repair. He was a hard worker, thoroughly cleaned up and the price was very competitive. He was very honest and not pushy. I was very pleased with his work.

I need to hear from him, I have not gotten an answer yet. One sprinkler still has a small problem, probably dirt in the line.
