If I could Iâ d give 10 stars First for the estimate Chris was on time, he listened he went over the entire project and the estimate was detailed The day of of the work project Chris showed up at 8 am finished the work early and while waiting for me, he even cleaned my driveway I just wish I had hired him years ago This company is the BEST!!! HIRE THEM NOW. I had hired two or three other companies but no one listened to my concerns or what I wanted Every inch of my yard us watered now including pots with drip lines I had a very noisy problem that other companies had no clue how to solve. Some advised me to call a plumber which I did but their referral did not answer the phone. Chris knew immediately and solved the problem This is a company that is knowledgeable, polite, courteous, prompt â ¦. Just awesome ð Do yourself a big favor. Hire them

Chris was on time, inspected the problems, communicated exactly what was required, gave a full estimate. We hired him not only to repair our sprinklers but hired him to install drip irrigation for a new planter. I highly recommend Chris for any irrigation needs.

I was impressed at how quickly they responded to my request. However, that momentum did not carry through. Chris did not show up at all on the day we agreed upon. He didn?t call or reach out either. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. He showed up on time but failed to listen to my requests several times. The sprinkler head he installed still waters across the cement and into the street, he installed the wrong sprinkler head in another spot so I?m watering a wall and part of my neighbor?s lawn. I told him on more than one occasion where the water needed to cover and where it could stop due to future construction that was going in. This should have been a half day to full day job at the max but when he showed up late again for the second day on the job (with three days in between the first day) I had to call it quits. He still tried to charge me for nearly the full amount when the job was done wrong and wasn?t even finished and argued with me about what I had told him about where the water needed to stop. He wanted to fix the issues but I wasn?t willing to allow anymore time and mishaps from happening again. I don?t think too many people have had an experience like this so maybe I got him when he was having an off moment but I won?t be using the company in the future.

Chris was running a little late for our appointment... unlike other services Iâ ve had in the past ... he did a wonderful job communicating every 30 minutes that he was running a little behind... was so impressed with the communication skills that he had the job before he arrived... this skill has been lost the respect for peoples time ... thank you will be using you for future jobs
