Best Way Maintenance

Joe, didn't do the plumbing repiping but referred a friend who we would recommend. Joe followed back up with us to make sure that the friend contacted us.

They got to my house on time. Found the problem immediately and set about installing a new timer system for my sprinklers. There were other problems such as some faulty wiring and sprinklers that needed to be adjusted or capped off. He got the job done and it was still in the early morning hours.

Joe was very personable and very knowledgeable in servicing my needs. At the end of the day, all is well and I am very pleased with the work done by Joe. His evaluation and repair skills were both right on target and he has earned my respect. There was a brief period where the communications could have been a bit better caused by my need falling within the July 4th holiday period. My need started just before the holiday and resumed after the holiday. I was not sure what to expect, but Joe came through and contacted me shortly after the holiday and was out to complete the repair in an acceptable time frame. I will use their services again as needed and recommend their knowledge and service to others.

Joe quoted me a very fair amount to fix broken sprinklers and replace broken pipes. He finished the project the same day he came for the free quote, and had everything done in no time. He is a very nice and professional man. He made sure everything was working properly before he left.

Joe did not complete the job as described. He left in the middle of the job and said he might not be back til tomorrow, after he told me he would finish that day. Installed timer crooked. Did not clean up after project was done. He said he would fix the sprinkler heads that need to be fixed but only fixed 2 and acted very put out and in a hurry. I emailed him 3 times to come back and finish and to fix a leak. No reply. I felt I did not get my money's worth. Very nice guy though but would not hire him again. Called another company to finish the work. They were half the price.

Joe is trustworthy and honest . We plan to use him again in the future .
