Best Way Maintenance

Joe and Christopher were right on time , Christopher performed in he while Jod supervised the job it was done on time. i would recommend them if anyone asked.

Both Joe and his partner Christopher were prompt, courteous and professional. They gave my sprinkler system a complete inspection and overhaul for the flat price quoted. Joe gave me a fair price for additional repairs which were needed and did not try to "sell" me anything more than was strictly needed. I will certainly call them again for any future sprinkler or landscaping problems

Joe responded to my initial call within minutes, and the next day he and Chris were at my house on time, as promised. Chris did a great job repairing a broken valve and installing a sprinkler head while Joe thoroughly tested our sprinkler system and reset the timing settings. We are planning on making some changes to our garden in the near future and look forward to working with them again. I would recommend them highly for work around the home based on their professional demeanor and character.

Wow! What a great company. Joe and his son Chris came to my home to repair and upgrade my front lawn sprinkler system. They were knowledgeable, professional, and demonstrated great concern for the wishes of the customer. Joe is in the process of turning over the company to his son, Chris. This company will not miss a beat under the leadership of Chris. Chris was a relentless worker and was primarily responsible for completing my job on task with professional results. I can, without reservation, recommend this company for your lawn maintenance and sprinkler needs.

Joe and Chris were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient in taking care of our project. We admired their integrity as they called to say they would be late to give us an estimate because of a last minute emergency call. We think this speaks highly of them in terms of setting priorities. They clearly understood the problem we were having and had the materials needed to fix it immediately and quickly. We asked about a box to cover the exposed sprinkler valves. Rather than procuring one for us and charging us, Joe said it was something we could easily do ourselves and save what would have been his service charge. Again, this speaks highly of his integrity in not tying to do more or sell us more than we needed. We were very pleased with their work, highly recommend them, and will call them for future needs.

Chris, his father Joe, and workmate Louis all did what they said they were going to do, on time and on budget, with no last minute "Oh by the way" surprises. An easy transaction from start to finish. Maybe someone else would've claimed they could've done the job for less, but there are forms of savings other than money; primarily: no problems and therefore no anxieties!

Mr Joe Alires, owner of Best-way Maintenance, called me on 9/17/15 to ask me whether work on my backyard lawn could be started on 9/18/15 morning. I told him yes. He and his crew arrived on time and started on the sprinkler repair job (1 of 2 plans he explained to me on 9/16/15). After 1 1/2 hours, he and his crew were able to demonstrate that the repair worked. With minor changes, he was able to demonstrate the entire revised/repaired sprinkler system worked to perfection. He and his crew left the job site clean. Joe also told me to call him if I encounter any problem/s and/or questions. Thank you

I have hired numerous contractors over the years, but can truly state, that this group of technicians has performed in a distinctly outstanding manner which places them far above their contemporaries. I would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone. Noteworthy of mention was the extra effort displayed by Chris and Joe to bring the project to a successful conclusion under extreme circumstances.

Joe and his son really know the sprinkler business. They came over to test my system ... It had quite a few problems that I was aware of and others I didn't know about. They just started repairing and replacing parts until it worked perfect. They even found a buried old system that still worked and hooked it up too. They are awesome. Most important was they came in at budget. Joe and Chris are the best !!!

Professional and easy to understand. Explained everything before during and after they did it. I met them Sunday and they did the job completely on Monday. Chris and Joe are GREAT. I recommend them completely, and I don't usually recommend people. They did an excellent job and I now can operate my new sprinkler system with confidence.
