Brian was friendly, efficient, and treated us like family. We loved his great personality. He was a hard worker and did not get discouraged when he ran into a problem with our 50 year old galvanized pipe. He always came up with a solution that worked.

Within a short while of submitting my request through the Home advisor mobile app I was contacted by the owner Joe who arranged a time to come look at my situation. He was professional and honest. Was willing to work with me on the price. Took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be done and his planned method of resolving the issue. When the work was done he even went above and beyond to reconfigure my valves and timer so they would be at the optimal setting. Definitely will use him again for future needs.

Called Best Way to clean up a rental I have that was over run by weeds due to the recent rain. They did a great job with the clean up and I will use them again.

Service was very prompt. Joe fixed some broken sprinklers helped me set timer and showed me how to work it. Joe answered some questions for me about my roses and a tree I was worried about. Chris did an excellent job with my house sprinkler system. He was punctual, on task, and was very good at informing me on advance what neeed to be done. In fact, he even found a issue that I was not aware of and solved it quickly. Which could have been a bigger problem was averted due to his diligence to his work .
