Add me to the list of very satisfied customers. I was having a problem with sprinkler coverage on my back lawn. After getting estimates from a couple of other companies, I called Best Way Maintenance. The first thing that impressed me was the technician, Brian, called me a few minutes before the scheduled appointment to tell me he was running late. When he got here, rather than recommend changes in everything including the sprinkler valves, as others did, Brian suggested a couple of simple changes and the addition of another sprinkler head. Problem solved. The price was considerably less than others and Brian did a first rate job

Friendly, knowledgeable and fast.

I called at 5:30 AM last Tuesday because I could not shut off the sprinkler system. Joe showed up a after I had gone to work.He came in about 7:45 AM. I had decided to hire him for further service but Joe told me he had replaced a $1.00 sprinkler head when in fact was my gardener that replaced it the next day. I was charged $550.00 for him coming at 7:45: AM and shutting off the water and a replacement of a valve. Value about $25.00. Not a good value for the job plus he should not have told me that he replaced the sprinkler head when in fact he did not! He should have changed it as it was a major leak he was aware off.

Joe installed two valves to my sprinkler system and one of the valves had a leak in it but he came down and fix it with no charge and a smile on his face. Thank you, Joe.

Joe had all the parts needed to make the sprinkler repairs or replacements. I reported 3 broken sprinklers, but discovered I had 5. He was professional and patient while we Che ked everything out.
