Great customer service!

Great experience with dealing with Joe and his team at Best Way Maintenance. BWM quickly responded to me inquiry for a bid for some sprinkler repairs. Joe came over within a day for a free estimate. In addition to installing new sprinkler lines for my planter, Joe was able to plant new plants in my planters. BWM transformed my backyard. I would definitely hire them again. Service was great, pricing was very reasonable and it was a pleasure dealing with Joe.

Very professional, excellent work. Worked through problems presented in the project until the job was complete. Would use again and recommend to friends. They offer a broad range of services and are fairly priced.

Do Not hire this company, they took weeks to complete a simple job, had to return 5 times to fix broken things they installed, and have my yard has no sprinklers working and they refuse to come back and fix the problem. AGAIN DO NOT, use these people, trust me, you will be throwing away your money

Very courteous explained everything that needed to get fixed showed me everything as it was fixed, called before arriving, completely cleaned up and replaced everything. Very polite and nice and honest. He understood my budget and went out of his way to get everything fixed

Chris has Great work ethic... which is Rare these days... Was honest... did not try to sell something i did not need.... which is Also rare.... I will call him bac again.... And Highly recommend him.

After reading reviews I decided to go with Best-Way. A person named Chris Alires came out right away and quoted a repair on existing sprinklers and connecting to electric for 2 stations. What a nightmare!! He was so unprofessional after I pointed out how dangerous 1 of the electric station was that apparently he did himself. His own electrician came out to see agreed it was definitely not safe. When expressed to Chris he was oblivious to the situation. Then he replaced sprinklers in a front planter. Took the existing heads facing out from the house and installed his, spraying into new stone veneer siding. When I called him he basically said too bad. I have never dealt with someone representing a company to be so unprofessional. I now am reluctant to use Home Adviser in future projects. And if the reviews are true to service by this person. I hope no one else gets ripped off by him.

Joe came out and was honest...fair...fast. Excellent job. Very friendly also. Will hire him again.

There was a miss communication with this job. I originally hired another company but we were unable to meet at the house before I left town. Home Advisor called me while I was still out of town and even after I told them I was going to meet with the first contractor that responded Home Advisor re-advertised the project. When Best Way responded to the re-advertising I thought they was the company I originally hired. Best Way did the sprinkler repair job adequately but I was disappointed in Home Advisor re-advertising after I told them on the phone I was out of state and planned to meet with the original contractor I hired when I returned. First and last time I will use Home Advisor.

By an unbelievable co-incidence I got Joe of Best Maintenance within an hour and a half after posting a cry for help. There and then, after 2 1/2 hours, all sprinkler repair problems in front and back gardens were dealt with, letting me get on with my life. I very much appreciated the prompt and good work!

Timelines of response. No waste of time or money.
