Description of Work: I bought the service back on Apr15, I left massages, but it took over 30 days to get someone to the house to do the walk thru/measurement. I called a day later to give them the batch number of the tile I selected. didnt hear back for another 30 days. when I called back, they still hadnt ordered the tile. Mid July I called back, and set up the install, which was scheddulled for 19 aug. On 19 aug they showed up at my door with no tiles and wanting to do a measure. Since there was only a 2,00 credit per sqft for tile, I ended up going to Loews to buy my own. 27 sqft at 10.00 each, was 270 more I had to spend. They did give me an 80.00 credit for the tile. The work once started went well and look great and only too 8 hours to complete. I understand there was an issue with my initial assigned contractor, but the company should have been following up.
