Rich and Ryan are the best in the business. I used the company that came with my house for several years and was continually frustrated as our equipment regularly broke down and it was obvious we had a leak but the leak company they sent out denied any leak. After hiring Aqua Masters I found out of my equipment wasn't functioning properly and they fixed and/or replaced the equipment. They also sent out a fabulous guy who used sonar equipment to find the link (yes, there was a big one). They also worked with my internet guy to get the bugs worked out. I highly recommend Rich and Ryan.

He was fine. He sent somebody who we did not recognized and gave him the key to the backyard. He sometimes left equipment siting around and we have dogs and kids. He is our weekly pool guy. I think his business is growing and he is doing his best.

Actually, they're my weekly pool service. I think they're doing a good job.

About a month ago I was so disgusted with my current pool service for not servicing me on time that I joined Angie's List and met with 3 different pool service providers in one day. Rich and Ryan, the owners of Aqua Masters personally came to meet me and when I joined them at the pool they were already testing the water and checking out the equipment. I was very impressed with their proactive approach. I hired them to provide weekly pool maintenance and our pool has never looked better. They are knowledgeable and helpful. We are so glad we found this company on Angie's List and made a change!

My elderly parents needed a new pool man as their previous one would "add' extras. I called Richard and we set up a time for him to come over for an estimate. He was right on time with a big smile. Despite his easy-going, friendly personality, Richard is also very professional. He gave us an excellent quote and explained what his weekly service provides. We agreed he would start the next week. We are very happy with the way the pool looks, and it's always a pleasure to see Richard each week.

I had a dirty old second hand spa that didn't work, and I had invested a lot in preparing the spa area and getting it in position. This company provided me the highest degree of customer service in getting the job done. They were friendly, responsive and available (quickly returned phone calls / text messages). Initially the spa was in horrendous condition. Filthy and mucky, and had many cracks forming in the tub from weather damage over years of disuse. Richard cleaned it out, patched the cracks, and got the water looking crystal clear. The motor also had issues. Initially I didn't know if it would work at all. Richard helped me troubleshoot the motor, and when he determined that it was beyond the scope of his services, he was able to provide a great subcontractor who fixed the motor and got the spa working ... both quickly, and for a lower price than what I expected. He also helped me purchase the equipment I needed to maintain the spa, as well as teaching me the basics. And when all was said and done, I got an amazing price for the service. This is a company that will not rest until the customer is 100% satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
